It's peak week in London Marathon training this week before the taper. My body is creaking a little but nothing too concerning just yet. My training since I was ill at the start of February has been decent and managed to get some good long runs under my belt, with two 30kms in recent weeks and one of them was 10 seconds per km under my target pace so hoping the stars align on the day for sub 4hrs. Got a good route planned for this weekend for my final 20 miler and then i'll move to obsessing about the day itself.
