  1. Decent player to be fair
  2. Like all tend to be for exceptional overhead kicks. Looks at Impey's away at Grimsby for Izzet's.
  3. If I close my eyes I can still smell the bogs there now
  4. Cannot wait for the midfield 5 of Ayew, Skipp, Ndidi, Winks, Reid at home to Forest
  5. Bloody hell I did 2 of those aways as well and should have been 3. My old boy had got us tickets for Huddersfield and just before we were about to set off I refused to go. I was proven right as we were the pits 😂😂 He was livid with me
  6. He's going to start the majority of games for us, he was never coming here to be a fringe player. Might as well have stayed at Palace for that. Team selection will be the biggest big bear with Cooper I'm afraid.
  7. Yeah that was it. I honestly reckon my memory must have been me wearing it to the game 😂😂😂😂
  8. I had vague memories of us wearing it at Brammall Lane but I might be wrong. Maybe I just wore it to Brammall Lane, we won. Scott Taylor masterclass.
  9. Yeah, pretty unheard of for a not long turned 15 year old to be in our U21s.
  10. Given the sad state of the game, we need to do both. Had we not sold Chilwell, Barnes and KDH for £110-120m we'd have been in a world of bother.
  11. If we build a track record for developing academy players through to the 1st team, which we've done well at times but in others been slow to bring players through, then it will help prevent these youngsters going elsewhere. It doesn't change overnight but I agree with you that we can't just play a 15 year old if they aren't ready to try and stop them possibly leaving. We know a few have left which is disappointing so the goal has got to be to build an environment that's as good as anything in the country, it's do-able. A lot of the hard work here has been in progress for the last decade.
  12. The culture of our club should support that which doesn't change over night but needs to be a priority of ours.
  13. The hard work of the last decade or more. I don't care whether we are a successful Premier League team as much as I care about us being one of the best at player development through our academy. We stand a better chance of doing the latter by being the former but it's not always how it plays out. It needs to always be one of our primary objectives.

    Pizza

Please make your own dough, it is extremely easy to do. This recipe has been my go to now for several months but it changes over time. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C6OcHVnLLcP/?igsh=cmlvOW83Z243eW4= The good thing about this is if you don't want to wait 24 hours, just increase the yeast amount and it's still excellent. On Saturday I turned it around in 5 hours, which I used a sachet of yeast rather than just a gram or so. * Appalling jalapeño spacing
  15. Its football heritage, if I were a footballer at a certain stage of my career and the finances were do-able then I'd much rather experience a league in Brazil or Argentina than say Saudi or even the US.

    Pizza

Nowt wrong with that mate, it's my preferred style of pizza too. Although I pretty much love any style haha. My monitor oven is 6 years old now, it's one of the early years editions and it takes some delicate work to create the right temp for the type of pizza you desire. I borrowed my brothers Ooni Volt last year, which is electric and created some spot on NY style pizzas. Just need a spare £500-600 for some new gear.

That's some wizardry right there pal, incredible work. Love that
  18. The important thing here is, the rules aren't aligned.
  19. The club must have been confident of the outcome that has occurred. Whilst the two scenarios and the financials needed for both are somewhat different, we must have been switched on to this. I suppose if we were confident of the 22/23 outcome and the saving in points deduction it was likely to yield, we may well view the 23/24 penalty if there is one to be less and that was the worthwhile end result. Only issue there is, we still aren't 100% sure if the EFL have grounds to now take on trying to hit us for 22/23, where the possibilities would be either a fine or a deferred points deduction when we're next in the EFL? So many uncertainties and all very messy.
  20. Not disputing that, but Hermansen's shot stopping ability gets somewhat diluted because his real star quality last season was his distribution in a team that dominated. I've seen enough last season and this season of his rare ability to make exceptional saves that puts him right up there with the very best.
  21. Leicester don't breach And we've made up our mind, we're gonna keep Jon Rudkin
  22. Palace fans accusing him of being extremely lazy, never presses and doesn't show any physicality in the air.
  23. Hermansen is a better shot stopper than Pickford.
  24. Yeah possibly, although I think he makes up for that with some of his reflexes and he's not afraid to command his area that Schmeichel never would.
  25. Might be biased but there's not a keeper in the Premier League that I'd want instead of Hermansen.
