Been obvious for a long time. We have no full backs that over lap and play strikers that drop deep. This leaves the winger with very few options when hes on the ball and allows the opposition to double up. In reality our full back should be offering an outlet and making runs to create space for the winger. Top teams have full backs who basically play as wingers. We’ve played Thomas and Ricardo most of the season who are probably the most immobile full backs in the league. Kristiansen and Aluko need to come in to provide energy

Surely for now you just get a steady eddie in on a 6 month contract. Some one who has experience of managing clubs in the shit in England and galvanising them. Decent bonus for keeping us up with the potential for something longer term if they do a good job.
