It is generally incredible the pure and utter incompetence of this big nose twat. Course it is. Its a vital stage of their development to reach the first team. Petty for all his faults was coaching at one of the best academies in England in Aston Villa before he got the job and oversaw a fair few players making it to the first team. Andy King has no coaching experience whatsoever, needs to earn his stripes in the younger age groups first

Loving the club doesnt make you a good coach or Lampard would of been the best manager in the world at Chelsea. No problem with him earning his stripes as a coach in the youth levels like Lee Tomlin is doing but absoultley should not be considered as under 21 manager like some people have suggested

Ticket revenue should not be included in FFP. It gives clubs an excuse to make ticket prices extoroniate in order to generate extra income in order to compete. Needs to be looked at urgently

Dont believe for one minute this is the club doing it for any other reason then FFP. Revenue from ticket sales should not be included in FFP otherwise the prices will rise every year for clubs to try and compete. FFP is ****ing over the fans

Its the exact opposite of short sighted. Every one of our successful academy graduates in the last 10 years has been out on loan first. Its experience that gets them ready physically and mentally for the rigours of mens football which is totally different from the Under 21 environment. Regular first team football for a few months will do them the world of good instead of 5 minutes here and there
