In today's market, we would do very well to sign him for that much. A bit of an unknown coming from Everton - seemed like he was their Gray - and the swap seems to have done everyone a bit of good. We've paid more for less useful players, no doubt.

My heart still flutters a little when they focus the camera on Don Claudio. God, what a year that was. One of the best of my life so far, for so many reasons.

It had to be Jeff Schlupp. An absolute donkey for us.

It's clear for all to see that he's playing for his top-flight career, really. This next contract will solidify his PL status. Needed a restart at Leicester and he is getting it. Like to see him run like he has; reminds me of the industriousness of Okazaki in that regard.

I miss Shinji.

The scoreline really says nothing about poorly we've played overall, but both goals were quite easy on the eyes!

His finishing has become so confident in the last year. Thank God for Nacho.

It's a damn shame, really. We all know what he has been capable of in the past. Hopefully he can regain that form with time but meanwhile we're the worse for it. I wonder if some of the discrepancy has to do with how we have been using him. Seems like he's starting farther forward than he used to, on average, and there's less overlap / free movement from the flanks going from the back and sliding up to the front and over the midfield.

We seem to do a better job going forward when he is on the pitch. Our lack of consistent solidity at the back has been the primary source of our woes this season, IMO, but our build-up has been fitful too.

That's a rather bold prediction. I'd snap your hand off for that kind of output!

If he brings his shooting boots to the pitch this season, whatever we're paying him will look like highway robbery in a year's time.

I feel like this would absolutely compromise Wilf's effectiveness on the pitch. His gift has always been disrupting the opposition with well-timed tackles and breaking-up transitional play through the midfield. He's one of the best in the PL.

Given that Fofana was expected to hold down a starting role this season, I would think this solidifies a back four with Soy and Benkovic?

Cannot sign as I'm a citizen of the States, but I am deeply sorry for your loss and wholly support your petition. The sports betting culture of the UK seems predatory, and it's definitely seeping into my friend groups here as well.

If they produced a Foxes token on a half-decent platform...say, Algorand - I'd grab some. Especially if it meant that when I finally get across the pond for a game I can use them for a few extra match-day perks or an outing or two around Leicester. I'd be buying them ahead of time as a sort of savings account for the trip.

Claudio, are we still dreaming?

I firmly believe that his confidence has been alternately built up and torn down for years now. Remember how he was looking in the latter half of the PL season in 2018? Seemed like he was finding some form from January onward. After a sub-part World Cup, it was back to the drawing board for the first half of the 2019-2020 PL campaign.

Forgot about that unfortunate bit of business. Might be ugly.
