I don’t doubt club finances are probably tighter than we and it would wish, not helped by our failure to ship out any big ticket players so far but making a mountain out of a well communicated mole hill is simply alarmist headlines.

He needs a new manager to play to his strengths until his legs and touch disappear.

The board will hang on for a while I suspect as it will suit them to leave him in situ for the next two games . I also believe on past form they still have to decide who to replace him with .
