  1. Probably found a hidden clause that means they can’t do anything if we have a negative Welshman in charge.
  2. I would suggest that we’ve been looking into all those rules for some time when it looked like we might go down. I said last season that was possible due to the accounting period move and a few other bits.
  3. Can’t wait for the 8 point deduction for this now
  4. It’s not when I saw it clearly and it didn’t touch him. So therefore I have no idea how they came to that conclusion.
  5. That's what the argument was; it's either a pen or a throw-in to us... how on earth they can come up with a throw-in to Villa, god only knows.
  6. What will that d****** be fined or being a s*** ref?
  7. We already dynamically price to an extent by banding the games, it's not that much different is it.
  8. August 2nd preferably as a few mates are on shift the other dates.
  9. I'm not suggesting we wait until the last 8 games of the season, the point was a HUGE amount can happen in a few games, the swing over that last stretch of games was unreal. That can be stretched out over a longer period of time, there's 35 games to go. Well that's up for debate isn't it? We've played two top 5 teams and we're a newly promoted team. Have Ipswich started badly or had a difficult start to the season? I don't think we've disgraced ourselves in either of those games, they could have gone either way. A few extra players settled in and a manger hopefully taking off the shackles a little could change things very quickly.
  10. I think the point is, continuing to pay the surge pricing only means it's going to continue for all gigs and just get worse. It's ridiculous, the tickets were already priced on the high side BECAUSE there would be demand, so gouging them even further is a p*** take.
  11. I don't really eat breakfast as I never feel hungry, so this is basically every day of my life
  12. Not his fault though is it? We've just played two teams who finished top 5 last season, and I don't think we disgraced ourselves. Whilst I appreciate we will need a shit or bust attitude, he does need to be allowed a bit of time to have a look at people and embed the new signings before judging too quickly on that.
  13. Let's not forget we were dead and buried under Pearson until that last run of games, and we ended up staying up 6 points clear. It's a long season! Whilst we certainly don't want to drag it out endlessly. It's just not even realistic to starting seriously even contemplating getting rid of a manager until after a dozen games. He's getting used to the players, we've had a bunch of new ones just come in. A lot also depends on spirit in the camp, if the players back him etc. You see it pretty quickly on the pitch then they aren't. Honestly, no sane club are even having these conversations right now.
  14. Hospital own it. Pubs just aren't sustainable based only around football and Rugby now
  15. Yeah, it was a pretty poor gig that one. Kasabian and The Enemy were better on the day IMO. Saw them at City of Manchester Stadium in 2002 and that one was epic though. Sometimes more than anything it's the crowd that makes it, or the people around you. The music is often largely the same. It's one of those intangible things.
  16. It was reported we were still considering it a while back, so no change there then. I suppose until you break ground you keep ALL options open and keep your eye on land coming up for sale etc.
  17. Jesus, the way people go on about Ricardo, you'd think it wasn't the same player who managed to only start about 28 games in his last three Premier League seasons combined. Anyway, I've seen enough to be encouraged. I appreciate the effort and attitude from the players, we really need to just start off a bit more positive. I can understand a bit of caution as he gets used to the players and see how they all fit together. But we don't have the time for that to take too long, I need to start seeing a little bit more positivity. He can't make the players make better decisions though, there are so many brain farts at the minute, I swear most of our issues against Villa were down to us doing sloppy passes.
  18. I'm all for adding a bit of jeopardy into it and mixing things up, but it was just a p*** take. Used to drive me mad under Rodgers when we'd just continue to plod the ball around at a snail's pace, but this is like the polar opposite.
  19. I just don't get some managers, we were already losing. Why are you waiting until we are losing by more before making changes? We'd just got a foothold in the game I felt and at that moment we needed to bring on a proper 10 at the very least. I have no idea what the plan was for the last 10 minutes, just chuck on every forward thinking player possible and hope for the best. I don't think anyone knew where the hell they were supposed to be, how does that aid the attack?
  20. I can only pray that he’s still taking a look at players, but I really rather doubt it. It’s so blindingly obvious that we needed to have more creative players on there.
