  1. You are conflating two entirely different things, we aren't discussing who put us here. The job to attract people is harder now, but that doesn't change what went before and pointing out it's now harder isn't absolving anyone of blame for previous errors. It's merely a fact.
  2. Yeah I’m sure his agent is just utterly incompetent and doesn’t know how to do his job properly. I mean it’s literally the whole point of an agent. But no, maybe he’s just an idiot, so I can’t guarantee it. But any agent worth their salt clearly would.
  3. That’s got absolutely nothing to do with the point in hand has it.
  4. You presume to know what that means, via an Italian translation. My interpretation is purely they would prefer a project that’s not near enough a total right off before it starts. Newly promoted club, points deduction… would all of us not choose someone else with more chance of a better place finish if we weren’t fans. And he can preach that now, but I absolutely guarantee you he’s used our interest to leverage a better deal at Roma. I would also be amazed that an agent would also not persuade a client to move here for a giant pay rise, had there not been other interest.

  6. People really don't have to try and twist everything to be anti Rudkin. We're a newly promoted club with a points deduction hanging over us, it's a hard sell. And clearly as his agent said, we can't compete with Roma and he had zero intention the second they were in for him.
  7. You see it all the time from the thick as pig shit facebook lot. "It's just kids being kids; we were all young once".... yeah, and nobody excused my behaviour, and I'd get a good hiding if I did anything wrong.
  8. The head at our school always bleats on about screen time and not giving them too much... then they have an ipad in the class to use and they let them watch TV. Never once mentioned those things or how long they let the kids use them. We only know as our lad told us... they are 4 and 5! How are you meant to monitor the amount of screen time if they let them use them and don't tell us.
  9. Your phone automatically downloads them, otherwise they'd never appear. I suppose the police argument would be, you should have come to us if someone is sending you these things.
  10. As the article says, "making" them can mean someone literally sent you a picture. Eg. If someone sent you a dodgy picture on whatapp, you could then be done for "making indecent images". His lawyers are trying to clarify that he didn't actually make the pictures, as many will obviously presume he was there taking part, in the traditional sense of what making pictures would mean. Bit odd really, there must be a bit more to it. If someone sent me some dodgy stuff and I said don't send me that. I'd be a bit miffed if I then got nicked for it.
  11. Keep on testing until you find that one tiny patch of water that's not full of shit... forget the rest of it.
  12. Last time I had it, my eyes were fooked for ages. I ended up getting glasses as I presumed my eyesight was just going a bit now I'm old, and Covid had been months ago... a few months later my eyes are fine again.
  13. Dark Fruits...
  14. Honestly I found it quite easy to know that the rumours yesterday were total nonsense. Quite simply, that information would never have come out as quickly as it did. Maybe a name, maybe a race, but not name, race, on a watch list etc etc. People were arriving on busses with crates of cider, drapped in English flags. There was a large number of people there with the sole aim of causing trouble. It was meant to be a vigil not a lads day out. One man carrying a knife, even if it's true doesn't mean you suddenly go and smash up a mosque. If a proclaimed christian got knicked for something, would everything think it's fine to go and smash up a church. How has it not been equal?
  15. Let's look at yesterday. I would absolutely guarantee that most of those turning up singing anti-Muslim songs have been stocked up by the total fabrication of the person's name, being a small boat migrant in the last year, and being on a watchlist. All that came from a right wing US made up news source in channel 3 news. It then spread like wildfire, being repeated by all your usual right-wing grifters online. The people who started that rumour have got EXACTLY what they wanted.
  16. It stinks of not being able to get all the actors diaries to match up, so we'll shove him over there for the series and he can film all his stuff in a week.
  17. What you'll get is some crack pots doing "revenge" attacks... then it really will lead to chaos when you have two lots on the streets.
  18. Sigh... my kid went to his first-ever summer camp today. The thought of something like this happening to your child, any child for that matter, is just sickening to the core. I'd be filled with anger beyond comprehension and would want to rip the c*** to pieces.
  19. I can't believe I'm about to write this! But would A also include errm... the lad sticking something up his arse.
  20. Wasn't the whole to-do about him being on a webcam and paying some lad to do stuff. So I presume the "pictures" he's created are the webcam video. Whether he knew the persons age is obviously for the old bill to find out. I'm guessing the delay has been them doing just that.
  21. Well I would suggest the length of time they spend getting to that point should be taken into account, they've already spent 5 years at uni. And their starting wage as a Junior is little more than someone starting out as a teacher, or fire fighter (with just a few GCSE's)
  22. Honestly I think it's a bit of a lost cause. We're so far from the answer I just can't see anything but suffering ahead for a long time. Look at the state of politics at the moment, the left right divide is so pronounced. With the right spewing conspiracies, and doubt to all who follow them, they use it as a pawn in their own quest for power. Until that changes and we have political unity, we have no chance. Those in charge of some of the biggest polluters, like India an China couldn't give two hoots. No amount of chucking soup at paintings is going to change the minds of the people who matter. It's going to take something to happen that's unreverasable for people to get it. Even then, lets say that impacts one part of the world. The rest will still say "not my problem"... until it is their problem. People aren't going to stop having kids, needs for resources will continue to grow. There will ultimately be a mass extinction event that might wise people up to it. That's not to say you don't try, we all should. Because it can make a difference. But at the moment it's pissing in the wind until you have globl unity.
  23. It's staggered, back dated and also they've been paid pretty poorly considering what they do for a long time.
  24. True, but I bring this up because my reaction would be "I need to take this guy out because if I don't and someone else attacks, I'm in trouble". This is off the back of already been set upon by three different people. Some sort of reprimand is probably needed, but I'm really on the side of extreme situations mean extreme measures.
