So I saw these lists popping up of the greatest movies of this century and although I'd seen many of them, there's quite a few I haven't. Parasite was listed at #1 on one of the lists. Didnt realize it had won best picture in 2019. I feel like when you hear something like that your expectations are automatically set higher, but it certainly is an interesting and terrific film. I was well into the story and d8dnt mind the sub-titles at all. I think maybe the final act was a bit of a letdown. I'm not sure what I was hoping for, but with all the build up, it just didn't quite stick the finish for me. Get Out was another one high up on many lists and I didn't know anything about it going in. Was surprised that Jordan Peele had written and directed it. I didn't find it difficult to figure out what was actually going on with the story in this one, but it kept me interested right to the finish. I'd probably have to watch both again to say where they'd rank for me amongst films of the last 25 years, but as it stands, neither would crack my top 25. But, I did enjoy two very unique films that had slipped by me at the time of their release.

Spent many seasons in the same division as the Shrimpers. Feel for them, especially since we were in a similar situation to this not that many years ago. Hopefully they can find a savior, as we did.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Tyrese Hall has joined us on a season-long loan. The 19-year-old, who can play in a number of midfield roles, is one of the Premier League outfit’s most highly-rated youngsters and has represented England at Under 19s level. Hopefully this works out as well as our Spurs loanee in the midfield from last season

I had a terrible sleep and woke up grumpy.

I'm not going to laugh at that, but it is funny how if you hadn't put "lead singer of Europe" in there, I'd have no idea who that was. Also, why were they called Europe? Weren't they from Sweden or Norway? Why not go with that or Scandinavia? Might as well called themselves Earth.

Fajardo is doing a pretty nice job in place of Ford, so far against my TiCats.

I guess a point away isn't the worst start. Played decently, with still the emphasis on possession, but seemed to be a bit more attack minded than last season under Maynard. Obviously we miss Jatta and look forward to his return. Doesn't look like we have a lot of scoring options otherwise. Hope the fan that was transported away is okay.
