OMG, you have just gone forward in time and described Russell Martins first Championship League game for us... The sad thing is there is an element of truth in my jest. Aaaarrrrr, How can the fvcking idiots at the club be so short sighted.
-
I agree, They don't care what we think, the club's actions over the last few years have proven that. As long as people still go to matches, buy a shirt, a pie and a pint and keep.putting money in the club's coffers Top and the Board will.say "thank you very much" and continue to ignore us and slowly strangle the life out of the club with their incompetent miss-management. Maybe there will be some 'financial event horizon' in the future that causes Top to get a squeaky bum, and consider selling, but who knows. The only way he sells now is if he gets an offer that's to good to turn down. But due to the inapt running of the club and the off field fvck up's ,no one in their right mind would seak us out to activly buy us, and certainly not at an amount that Top would make a profit on his original investment.
-
I hear what you're are saying mate, but that still goes back to my original point, the match going crowd is too fractured and segmented to do anything "at the match" so it's hard. We have a load of people who just 'go as a day out' and aren't as invested in the club as us. They probably have never even set eyes on these Foxestalk pages in their lives, or know of the forums existence. But I still don't think even a 'Sit In' if organised would do any good, even if the protest was done on a televised match like the plane was. (The club would just grovel to Sky and as them not to show it ) The fvcktards in charge would continue as is, ignore the situation, and continue with their deafening silence.

Until now I've been in denial. Unfortunately we still have a divided fan base. The KPFC brigade who spit feathers in an apoplectic rage if one bad thing is said against the owners, who cling onto the good times and drag it up as a universal excuse, and who still clap an 8 nil lacklustre performance as if nothing is wrong. Until everyone is singing from the same songsheet it's hard, if not impossible to do anything. OK so let's say we have a fanbase that's finally in sync, what can we actually do? A plane banner. Check Chanting. Check Banners from the stands. Check 'Mass' demonstration outside the stadium? Boycotting matches? The above realistically won't happen. The problems are. we have Pi$$ weak nepo baby of an owner and a board that frankly doesn't listen, won't communicate or interact fully with the fans, except to dish out free beer and donuts. But the crux of the problem is "The club/owner/board DON'T GIVE A FLYING FVCK ABOUT US AS FANS" They couldn't care less about how we feel. To them we are just a number, a source of revenue. All they do is greet us with silence. I know this just sounds defeatist but unless we can actually get some reaction from them nothing can change. But as I said before "The don't give a flying......"

I'm done if Brussell walks through the door. (Until the club eventually sacks him after 3 boring wins in 15 matches)
-
Sorry mate, poor attempt at a joke to cover up my error. (Of myself referring to RM by mistake) Nothing against Cooper personally, but he was cr@p and I agree with you, his brand of football was definitely not entertaining)
-
Doh ... my bad. In that case I quite liked Cooper, so forget everything I've typed about RM 😀
-
No guarantee that will happen with us, but I get the point you’re making, but for me it's the extra baggage that comes with his appointment. During both Enzo,'s and the willy puller Todger's appointments, I posted that as well as favourable results it was, and has always been about entertainment for me. It's a major reason for me attending / watching and why in Enzo's case I was relived when he went. I despise all possession based, slow, back and sideways passing fests. With RM we are going to have to regurgitate that sh1t once again, and if quoting Southampton sources even worse and slower than Enzoball. Then we have RM's B-Tec Rodgers, arrogant, egotistical, rhetoric spinning BS to contend with. It made me sick when the odious dwarf was sabotaging us for his pay off. His antics, actions and backstabbing are things I dislike in people. It angered me then and I'm not going through the above again, hence as I've posted elsewhere I won't attend or watch on TV or put money in the LCFC tills again while RM is our manager. It's not worth my sanity and getting wound up over.
-
Have the Tw@t's in charge not worked out that its probably cheaper to pay a managers release clause and get the appointment right, than the actual pay off figure when they sack yet another substandard bozo.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Guppys Love Child replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Nope. He just has Plan A... That's it, and that's why his managerial statistics and history overall are just as cr@p as RvN. -
I think it could possibly be. Once both are fit, I don’t think it's a too far off to claim that used properly Mavididi and Fatawu may be the best, or close to it in the Championship. Let's use this as an option, Attacking teams scores you goals, and good wingers contribute towards this. Pi$$ing around with the ball in front of our own 18Yrd box, inflating our possession stats doesn't put the ball in the oppositions net. Lets not waste this option just because the manager is hell bent on stubbonly following his philosophy of possession based snorefest football and nullifying his wingers... it's a waste.
-
Your missing rhe point completely. OK put yourself in his shoes, you are at your own job, and a rumor in the canteen starts up you could be replaced by someone new. That rumor gains traction, so you ask your line manger for a meeting to enquire whats going on, am I staying or going, but you are greeted with silence and no meeting is arranged. How would you feel? It's the same for Ruud and his job. And your point about having "way bigger problems than upsetting one of the worst managers in our history" is a bit shallow mate, regardless of how poor he's performed, the club owe him and any other person a basic level of respect, he not getting it.
-
Errrr, don't you need goals to go on an unbeaten run? And drawing every or most matches won't get a team promoted.
-
Do you blame him? Don't forget it's his job, he wants to know where he stand's. I would too. Unlike our incompetent board he's succession planning to some extent. How the club is acting IMO is highly unprofessional, and disrespectful, and whilst I won't loose a nano second of sleep when he goes I don't dislike the man. Yes I question the management side, I think he's rubbish, out if his depth, has horrendous results and stats and lacks all the things we need in a manager, and for that alone I would like us to part ways. But the club need to act way better then this, ALL of them.
-
This is a forum - hence the opportunity to voice your opinions.. sorry, but I couldn't disagree more If slow, turgid, mind numbing 56 passes all around your own 18 Yd box (inviting needless pressure) with little to no intent to actively go forward, and also ostracising our own wingers is your bag, and you genuinely enjoy watching that sh1t, then fill your boots mate. Because that's what we will get. Appointing Martin will also saddle us with another egotistical A-Hole in the same mold as Rodger's, who at the first sign of trouble will most probably go into "brand of Martin preservation mode". Do you really want someone like that representing the club when interviewed, spouting excuses as to why we lost 1-Nil in a passing borefest wherw in turn we never looked like scoring ourselves, all due to his tactics and team selection, hell bent on sticking to his "philosophy" We had to suffer the same sh1t with Rodger’s, playing "possession football' and guess what, it got us relegated with a far better squad than we have now. So Russell Martin.....No thanks.
-
BECAUSE HE PLAYS POSSESSION BASED FOOTBALL ! And IT WON'T WORK WITH OUR SQUAD ! Sorry for shouting people. We are not entitled mate, we are fed up with the direction the club is going and has been for a number of years. We are fed up with the continued miss management, both financially and it's day to day running. The Sh1t appointments of managers and also a high percentage of players. The club at present and over the last 5 or 6 years hasn't covered itself in glory and its overall track record is horrendous. Russell Martin would be a problem, he's no better than RvN (his stats prove that) and he's as egotistical and arrogant as Rodgers, and he will instill a footballing philosophy that won't work at our club. Appointing him will just be another cock-up by the club because they still haven't learnt from the numerous past mistakes.
-
OK. Convince me why I should believe you.
-
Only until the other teams adapted mid season and caught us up, and if we are going to be honest, if our closest rivals hadn't sh1t themselves and dropped the ball we could have missed out, as the points being gained had already started to slow. My next point is - I don't want to watch an 'Enzo / Russell /BrendanBall' set up and coached team, I fvcking hate it! It's boring as hell to watch, it kills any atmosphere, it invites pressure in our own 18Yd box, to hi-light a few points, also, we don't have and can't obtain the players technical enough to make it even half work. I'd rather squeeze jif lemon in my eyes than endure possession (and then do fvck all positive with it) based football next season. Appointing Martin will.only drive the wedge further in between the fans and this clueless club, plus he's also crap as a manager his record and stat's prove that.

Bournemouth 0-2 Post Match Thread
Guppys Love Child replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Maybe it won't be. But it's the arrogant, egotistical B-Tec wanna be Rodgers persona and the BS that falls out of the loony's mouth, that will be representing the club. Chuck in the turgid depression inducing 'football' ( I use that word loosely) style and we are in for "such fun" next season. -
Bournemouth (A) - Match Thread
Guppys Love Child replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
OMG. How can we go from their 18 yard box back to the 1/2 way line in a nano second. VK is sh1t. Pls RvN put the kids on, all of them. -
The problem we have is, all the names you have listed would require the clowns who make the decisions at the club to actually show a bit of imagination and that's beyond them. Easy option of a known or big name is their limit. I'll admit Enzo was a bit of an unknown and a surprise, but 9 times out of 10 they will revert to the method above. We all.know until there is a major change at board at least we will never move forward.
-
I said much the same on page 10 of this thread. I pray that Martin isn't our next manager, however if the 'shower's of sh1t' in charge have a brain fart and decide otherwise then I'm not visiting the KP for a match or anything and I wont be putting another penny in the LCFC coffers until the B-Tec Rodgers is sacked. The bloke IMO is a clown, and I have no desire to sit in the stands (or watch on TV) the coma inducing snoozefest of BrusellBall. It was bad enough watching Enzoball, watching another version but with inferior players this time around would be unbearable.
-
How about good old " Come on Zac Rudkin. If its favourite then when the commentary will say it over and over toward the end of the race..
-
Not if he brought 'Pepball' with him. But I like your logic my friend🤔
