  1. Yes he is, his ceiling is way higher, if he was the finished article he'd already be at Man City or Liverpool, which is exactly where he will end up.
  2. Get Jordan Ayew out of this football club. He is a useless, selfish moron! How did we give Palace money to take him off their hands. Shocking player.
  3. He has always been better at left back.
  4. I think we should bring our superstar Bilal on at half time... anyone actually seen this bloke have a good game?
  5. Ayew reminds me of Kane for England, but a pound shop version, ambling around everywhere except where he should be as a centre forward, between the posts, leading the line. Awful player, awful body language.
  6. He won't see it, nothing will ever change whilst Aiyawatt is in charge of the club. He will be in charge of the club for as long as he isn't financially bound to sell. I think that there is 1 decision maker in the club, the interest levels are clearly waning. If they don't manage to paper over the cracks again this season with another lucky shot of a mangerial appointment then we are doomed to be in this division or below for the long haul. The lack of a strategic direction is obvious to even the most blinkered amongst our fanbase, however this is also coupled with a selfish, arrogant, defiance from the 'top' of the leadership to enact any tangible changes to the status quo. We are being told we are bound by PSR restrictions, however, surely a more prudent business decision last Summer or even in January would of been to flagrantly breach PSR to stay up and take the points deduction that follows the next season, this is what Forest and Everton have been doing and ultimately getting away with. The decision making of the clubs hierachy even at the most elementary level are shockingly bad, if RvN is going (after July 1st due to PSR), why keep mugging the fans and disrespecting RvN by playing this limbo out in public, have they never heard of gardening leave? If they intend to keep him why not come out publicly with a backing of him when they know the disgruntlement of the fans, the speculation in the press and the impact that surely must be having on RvN and the playing squad. If King Power are still bothered about running this football club, they are doing a shambolic job throughout the footballing side of the business, but we all know that. My fear is that we can't keep lucking out on managerial appointments, at some point you have to pay the piper, pun intended. The EFL or the Premier League will punish us at some point, we should of done all we can (and risked a higher points deduction) to stay in the Premier League. That ship has now sailed obviously. If we are waiting for Aiyawatt to wake up and smell the coffee, sack Rudkin and Whelan and sort out the footballing issues that plague the club, we will be waiting a very long time. It simply will not happen. We need to get on with supporting the club and watch through our fingers at the decline, or start taking the protests that surround the ownership more seriously if we want to see the change that is required, even if this is ultimately without success. However, I don't think our fanbase has the ability or desire to follow that through en masse, and a tame imitation of the levels of protest that are needed will only embolden the owners.
  7. For me the 'much changed role' is what satarted the issues with him. Enzo clearly told him he could actually play ball when he really can't. He gets further up the pitch but his output further up the pitch is appalling. Playing alongside that fridge every week also can't help. He needs to be a ball winner alongside someone with a brain and desire. He simply doesn't have that with us.
  8. Don't get any of the hype around him. Bang average at best.
  9. I think we should bring Skipp on here...
  10. If we can't afford to sack this clown due to the continued financial mismanagement, surely he can go on gardening leave until June 1st....
  11. He continues to select Soumare with Ndidi, and Faes with Coady and expects different outcomes than a toothless, spineless s**tshow of a performance week in week out. I am truly gobsmacked at how bad this is. Our league one side would of absolutely destroyed this shower.
  12. Whats astounds me is that when he doesn't come the other Directors aren't allowed to sit on the front row of the Director's Box, I get Vichai's seat is never sat in, but when Top isn't around the whole row is empty, visual evidence of a void in leadership.
  13. Ayew and McAsquare off... both bwyond awful.
  14. Great shift last night, him being in form and hungry gives us a great option from the bench and also allows Vardy to run himself into the ground over 60mins and fresh legs reinvigorate the press.
  15. I have to say I really don't get the love in. He just isn't good enough for this level at all. He struggled in the championship for us bar a few back post tap ins. Positional awareness is non-existent, he isn't quick, barely picks the right pass, doesn't tackle, has zero strength. The kicker for me, he doesn't get into one of the worst Ireland teams I've ever seen, if Ireland were a club side they would struggle in League One. That is his level. Because he has come through the academy our fans seem to be blinded by his lack of any genuine ability. Last night he was awful first half, offered nothing and squandered 2 golden chances, 2nd half was slightly better but only when he had time and space because West Ham were chasing the game.
  16. His effort and intensity going forward is unquestionable, his effort and intensity into actually defending is non-existent. It's exaggerated by being next to Faes, the bloke wants to be a winger, isn't good enough to be so plays full back.
  17. Exactly this. Foul or not is irrelevant. Faes ended up doing 2 jobs and trying to tell Ayew how to cover... just another goal gifted because of Justin.
  18. Not being funny, he has been the absolute pits all season. Prior to second goal, he's basically pretended to be injured, wasn't and stayed down, left us short they score and we are out of the game. Absolutely pathetic from him.
  19. Nor sure if it was mentioned yesterday but the 'victory song' that god awful racket that started as a p*ss take at Porto away, gets belted straight out and all the original and organic atmosphere that was created and literally helped the team through to victory literally pops like a balloon. Yesterday was the perfect opportunity to allow the natural atmosphere of a massive win evolve and the idiot in the media suite destroyed it for a song that has little to no relevance to our club. Why are the club allowing this to happen?
  20. It's a disgrace this bloke is at this club, let alone in the team, and captain to boot. No wonder he spends his time grinning like a Cheshire cat despite being one of the worst footballers and characters we have ever had on our books. His agent deserves a medal.
  21. The reality is that Top inherited a business and a football club in tragic circumstances before he was ever ready to do so. I personally think he just doesn't have the business acumen, nous and motivation that his Father (a self-made man) had. He ultimately is the son of a rich man and like most spoilt rich kids you see in your day to day lives. Entitled, unmotivated and living off his Father's name...
  22. Great post. The bigger problem at large for me is Top's blind loyalty to Rudkin & Whelan make him as culpable as those pair. For me it's a plain as day to see that Top just isn't cut from the same cloth as his Dad as much as it is painful for a lot of us to admit. How long do we carry on idolising this man based on his Father's achievements.
