  1. Villa playing is holding Foderingham's arm ffs. Irrelevant of phase of play, you can't be letting that
  2. Oh for sure, she's booked a test drive for something in about 3 weeks with them, but before then I'm taking her to another garage which has the car she wants and will get it sorted there. I did chuckle when he was talking her through the online brochure when we were 5metres from the actual demonstration car.
  3. In which case I'd go Xbox, I have as series X too and love it. Overall unless you're heart set on a certain console exclusive franchise, you'll have great fun with either
  4. Similar scene to yourself, I play casually and in batches really. Gamepass suits how I play, giving me huge variety and ease of access to games. Obviously PS have more big title exclusives, but overall are less accessible than with gamepass.
  5. Went to a car garage with my gf today to look around the finance for a car she's after. Man who saw us was one of the most condescending people I've had to deal with. Clearly decided she was too young/whatever to own the car she looked at and was basically no help.
  6. Man City only got over 100 points because the entire league was crap
  7. I can see Villa dropping back to mid table within 2 years. Kamara and luiz will be at Man City/Arsenal/Liverpool. I can see Watkins moving to Arsenal.
  8. For sure, Villa are maintaining possession, trying to attack etc, just lacking that quality in the final third.
  9. Hope we're all keeping well here. Try to take a moment, a day, an hour for yourselves in the coming weeks. Christmas is so much about sorting things for others/family/friends that we can forget about what we need ourselves. Found myself a bit overwhelmed lately with house moves, car breaking again and the general Christmas rush.
  10. Hope these couple of weeks have helped you mate. Couldn't agree more with what you've said, we become so focused on working and working to live, that we do lose sight of looking after ourselves. Especially when we all have so much going on, a week or two without the burden of work can be so helpful. Edit: My mum did a similar thing a few years back, got signed off for a week and the break really helped her. Her boss is so understanding, that when she does feel herself struggling she drops down her shifts to regain that balance. Really proud with how she does it, unsure I'd be able to ask for help or the break myself.
  11. Villa aren't much better so far
  12. Neither are penalties
  13. God this phone light show looks bloody awful
  14. Honestly wouldn't surprise me if Vardy has a very slight knock, and is being wrapped in cotton wool until January.
  15. I actually forget Fofana is a player, since leaving us he's barley kicked a ball
  16. Interesting to see even some of our ex pros are finding this talk disrespectful. The narrative around us changes every year from how well drilled and gelled the side was. To "the big 6 had off years".
  17. Fan engagement is one of the issues, but will require buying from ticketing etc to actually see more active fans.
  18. I just don't think Kasey is a winger, he isn't great in 1-on-1 situations. But his runs, physicality, defensive work rate all suit to an attacking 8, or even potentially a 9.
  19. Generally speaking the bigger named pundits are the worst ones. So many non-big named players who have such a good understanding of the game and convey it in an interesting way.
  20. I'm so glad Sky and the telegraph continue to push boundaries of football punditry
  21. Tbf to UFS every time they share, they get bans or options removed. Playing ball a bit has given us a singing section and some great tifo's. What has the foxestrust help us with lately?
  22. Debating going, but the £37 is an utterly ridiculous cost
  23. Clubs have seen and realised the money comes from TV viewing and abroad TV deals. Match going fans are always last on the agenda, and as expected, many have been replaced by tourist fans rather than new blood of younger fans. It's all well and good Klopp demanding an atmosphere, just as Enzo does, but if the club doesn't help facilitate the fans to produce that, then we'll continue down this path. Look at the general sale issue for us, I half understand in the Prem stopping huge numbers of tourist fans turning up. But we aren't in the Prem, stopping new blooded fans is killing us long term.
  24. I think you're right. In the past few years, the "flagship" phones have been including more and more tech that just really isn't needed, used, or doesn't matter to the vast majority of people. Yet so many will upgrade straight away to the latest design or latest version and continue paying extortionate contracts
  25. Not really sure how to take this. Great he wants to make an atmosphere, but highlights to every fan they're easily replaced
