  1. Seems huge numbers forget the abuse they'd receive on the regular from managers/players and have to sit there through it. I imagine Klopp has said just as bad to an official or about one
  2. Can we afford to sack him?
  3. Annoyingly not a single rumour about him being under pressure
  4. 4 months? Given he played 80 vs Ipswich it must've happened in training
  5. Another pretty straightforward counter attack goal weirdly eulogised again
  6. Why was that even a review
  7. Find out bizarre camera feels the need to switch to Alisson after that double save
  8. Generic counter attack described as some exceptional move
  9. They're looking dreadful on the pitch
  10. Fact it's still £70 is mad
  11. Exactly that. Company needs proof the person is "competent" in whatever that may be in case anything goes wrong.
  12. Agree with you, but I was more in context of sport. We use too many stats that just are not needed, are meaningless to the viewer. And we then get wannabe stat gurus all over the place.
  13. Has just signed with Wasserman
  14. Really hope the sudden popularity of statistically critiquing everything passes. Use of stats has a time and a purpose, but getting a bit sick of everything being statistically analysed for no reasonn
  15. A huge part of 'fixing' the NHS comes with providing better pre- and post- hospital care. Improving local GP's etc, and you're seeing fewer hospitalisations, fewer people clogging up A&E. Which instantly reduces stress on hospitals. Improve post-hospital care, so care homes, GP's again, and people spend less time in hospital as theres a support system in place.
  16. The value for money certainly doesn't improve. Contact time and actual face to face interaction decreases, I don't think quality of teaching or employability will ever reach in point with the rise in cost.
  17. I think you're mixing up research output compared to teaching quality and employability. The quality of research in many areas is world leading for sure. Many of our universities are 'world class', but that number is smaller compared to those which aren't. The actual quality of teaching is not increasing overall. That's not to say we don't have skilled lecturers who excel in teaching, but it's certainly not the norm.
  18. Raising tuition fees is such a pointless exercise, very few get close to paying it off and is a glorified tax by the time you get into employment. Has the value of a degree increased? I'd argue it's decreasing if anything (Fwiw, I graduated a fair while ago, just cba to think of a new user)
  19. A weird race weekend altogether, excitement has come from the weather, crashes and random moments rather than the racing itself.
  20. How did it take for a full red flag a fair while later for Hulk to get black flagged? Surely they'd have seen the marshall help as soon as it happened?
  21. VSC seemed to randomly end as hulkenberg managed to wiggle himself free yet we get a full safety car because it's too wet and only 5/18 have gone full wet tyres
  22. They can't be giving in race punishments for an infringement on the grid that had absolutely no impact on the race
  23. The entire field technically broke the procedures, would be stupid to do anything
  24. This entire race weekend has been a shit show
  25. Generally 70/80 minutes till the ref does anything
