Best goals we've seen at the King Power
Yes N'Didi replied to BrilliantFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
If we're taking feelings aside for the importance of goals, and focussing on technique, for me whilst the Vardy v Liverpool was great, as was Abdul's, they are both relying on poor goalie positioning. This is why for me Vardy's best goal (not the topic here, i'm aware) was v West Brom away. The best goal I have seen scored at the KP is still Di Maria's chip - sensational. -
Every single person in that end today knew what was at stake, knew what was needed, saw the effort from the players and sang all game long. Loud and proud, some really nice renditions of the songbook, mostly team songs rather than individuals other than JJs. Very much a yes to everything attitude in the stands - everyone heard a snipped and belted it out to get it going from all sides. You had songs popping up from all over the end not just one section. Brilliant brilliant brilliant end today.

People talking about Ipswich last season for Vardy's goal, I wouldn't say I enjoyed the game. It was a great moment, fitting of the occasion, but we were already relegated and the result didn't mean much, particularly after Vardy got his goal. For the last proper game I enjoyed, where the match result meant something and I enjoyed the game from start to finish, was the Southampton 5-0 under Enzo.

Will comfortably make tomorrow - Friday is touch and go. Around 500+ tickets in the upper blocks, less than 100 in lower. Looks like all blocks on sale but I would imagine staff/player holds are on some blocks.

How Do We Make the King Power a Fortress Again?
Yes N'Didi replied to Ryanlcfc3's topic in Leicester City Forum
Not exactly true, the season before, even before we were in the dog fight and bottom of the league, opposition goals were greeted with a rallying cry from the kop before the ball had been picked out of our net. We never rolled over to teams, we encouraged the team back into the game. 0-2 against Man United was greeted with a roar from the crowd before we obviously know what followed. Yes, I think this was linked with the excitement of promotion and first stint in the top flight in a decade, and we have being spoilt by the league win and premier league stability. -
Best GK Performance - Both for and against us
Yes N'Didi replied to jimsmallman's topic in Leicester City Forum
Considering he's not in their EFL squad this season due to long term injury, this would be remarkable. -

Preston North End v Leicester City Aug 16th
Yes N'Didi replied to Frankel1981's topic in Ticket News and Travel
That would be sensible - seems unlikely for our ticket office. Although Vish (former manager of the ticket office) has just moved to Arsenal so there's every hope things may change. -

What frustrates me most is that the club are clearly aware of the anti-Rudkin movement (him not coming down on the pitch at the Ipswich game), but Top's refusing to either back or sack. You either back your man in the face of fan critism and say he's the man for the job lets move on, or you sack him and bring in a replacement. The refusal to do either leaves the club, players and now manager signing in limbo. If we had sacked him and brought someone in a month or two ago, we would have someone competent making the next major decision which will define the next 5-10 years of this football club at a pivotal moment. Instead we have the same clown in charge. What next if this doesn't work out, sack the manager and Rudkin and then have hamstrung ourselves into another financial and logistical mess?
