Agree with this, we will never critique another clubs transfers as much as our own. Also, I am not seeking to excuse the club, they have been negligent for some time. (Also not quite sure how quiet disdain is less productive than the more vocal sort in this instance)

Its about looking at a single deal, stop conflating everything and dumping it into every Transfer topic, take that to the general LCFC forum

Lots of good stuff (but the Rutter thing is very fanciful - as we have no idea what been happening behind the scenes, its just less visible.) Lots of the complaints seem to target the club holistically and yes would love to see a proper DoF, a footballing guy with experience and responsible for maintaining a clear identity, which would likely feel like it would help the club. In the case of this transfer, should it be completed in the next two days, it is not slow.

The happy clapper defence? Really? You are right to have concerns with the way the club has been run, that is beyond dispute surely? But three days is not a long time in any transfer. We cannot judge other teams so readily as we do not scrutinise them to same level as we scrutinise our own club.

Why is it true? Because these reported transfers did not materialise? Is it always the clubs fault? Maybe it is? Maybe other actors were involved in the failure? I realise it isn't helpful with any level of recriminations, but it also might be true? Unless we are working under the assumption that if it quacks like a duck it 100% of the time must be a duck! People largely see what they want to see, and that includes me

I like Daka, mainly because he is our player, he makes effort and statistically is doing ok, even if people get bent out of shape about their (all seeing) eye test, but even this pales into insignificance next to the Vestergaard feeding frenzy tbh.
