  1. So no Jannik, more Okoli, Hamza for Ricky. Its crap, but it is what we have.
  2. We are more like a League One team on a gap year.
  3. Coventry being made to look poor, or are conspiring to look so. Maybe they are second half team....
  4. Not always about money, but yes it would be a costly time to exit.
  5. Relegating to League One following a relegation would like be so corrosive to their perceived legacy, they would probably sell and pass the club to someone else. There could well be a point because of their history with the club, that they decide to sell to preserve what little legacy they assume remains,
  6. Nothing is trustworthy online.
  7. This mindset implies recognition that they currently have an image problem.
  8. Would be a bit shit if this is someone stirring the pot like a needy tw@t. Surely not?
  9. Would agree, this feels like a piss poor oversight. A real management cock up when taken with recent missteps.
  10. Cannot imagine why!
  11. Not questioning that we are at a low point, but I cannot see a world in which KP lets our signature signings to be benched in favour of a guy playing in league two. Just feels like more retribution fan fiction than reality imo. Don't get me wrong if it worked, it would be amazing for sure, but it would need to go perfectly for it not to backfire in a most epic way. (by that, I mean work for both the club and Sammy at its maximum benefit)
  12. He would not get enough minutes being behind Skipp and JJ, Soumare and Winks are backup and that is what Sammy would be. Better to be a starter at Newport or League One somewhere.
  13. We are reliant on other slightly richer/wiser/less destructive Toddlers keeping the Toddler King in check. Sure it will be fine.
  14. Even more importantly, don't write them off when it is their mistake, as with any youngster, there will be mistakes.
  15. Agree he is beyond league two by now, and League One would be ideal. Not here, he would be blocked by Skipp and JJ to bit part appearances.
  16. So you are happy to stunt his growth and have him here as backup? Don't get me wrong, neither is an ideal option is ideal.
  17. Agree, but it is possible for this particular King to be worked around should it choose. Support, sanctions, etc could be enshrined without his blessing.
  18. And some enemies where there are none. Club is fractured at many levels.
  19. Agree @JimJams There is no ideal option, expectation would be off the chart if he returned, but no doubt he is beyond league two level. So perhaps league one, but he needs to be a starter or its pointless. Leave him where he is and make him a starter for next season a possibility?
  20. Some murmurs the GOP is finally telling Trump to get tough with Putin. Lets see.
  21. Desperation to recall him. Nobody knows he would be better than we have, and its little more than a punt. We would be negatively affecting his career just as its getting up to speed. Stupid short term thinking.
  22. But you are risking two things, his ability to operate at this level straight away, yes potentially a risk worth taking, but also we would be risking the fact he won`t play as much as he would on loan. Both together feel like a risk for Sammy and his progression.
  23. I would play them both
  24. Yeah, was thinking more next year, as he is doing well albeit at a lower level, so just rotting on the bench here is counter productive.
  25. This, I think its time to use Aluko, keep Choudhury as a midfield sub, as we are you know, shite and light in that area. If Marti can keep us up and have embedded Nelson, Monga, Aluko and Braybrooke into the starting XI, and begun to introduce Evans, and others, it would not have been a dead loss.
