  1. 1-1 at Man Utd
  2. Its a fair point, even if it is one you treated with a large dollop of realism.
  3. Maybe. As an earlier adopter, we would have to move back to VHS
  4. I am sure it can be laid at the feet of <migrants, bureaucracy, woke, left, etc> given the will to believe this most divisive of rhetoric, whilst those mentioned weep over the corpse of science
  5. Climate Change Committee: Half of homes need heat pump by 2040 - BBC News - yes, that will happen for sure
  6. Trumps insistence on short-termism was always going to result in this type of shareholder led pivot, but we can only hope that history reports on their demise over the longer term.
  7. Don’t disagree, the current situation cannot remain however. Maybe bring back the age of philanthropy…
  8. Well clearly, because they are assholes who only want profit and not use the nature of electricity generation as a means to guide public consumption.
  9. What would you suggest? I think the important thing is that the conversation is out there and kept in the public consciousness.
  10. For sure some are less friendly to smaller/medium sized businesses, but if it was just big corporations, it would just be snuffed out by legal challenges. Do agree though that it would be preferential if we just taxed those with assets over a certain value, but I cannot see that happening, again due to legal intervention.

  12. Was aware, and have seen this excellent video before. It’s a scandal basing all prices for electricity off of gas.

  14. Comparing Facundo and Ayew reveal some slightly surprising things, specifically that their attacking output if remarkably similar over the same number of games, but in the defending element of the game, Facundo is slightly ahead! Facundo has a higher number of tackles and blocks, Ayew having more clearances and headers. Assume these reflect Ayer’s positioning compared to Facundo’s more energetic style. it’s always mostly useless comparing individual players in a team, as it hides team performance, but we did concede many more goals with Ayew than with Facundo.
  15. Hilariously poor. Was time to take one for the team there. Also, time to punch Ruud so you stop getting picked. I have tried to defend you, but mate. Come on.
  16. Needed to try something new, maybe two up top, maybe flooding midfield more, I think after continued failures with the same or similar tactics, it warranted try something else. Lets me be clear though, he really has not been helped by the club (assumed) or by the players (evidentially).
  17. There is a chance, but it's just incredibly unlikely if nothing changes within the club. You are more forgiving than me as I do blame RVN, but others are also culpable.
  18. Yup, also fair points, although the manky carrot string for Vardy paints a upsetting yet somehow apt image!
  19. They, the club, the players, all of them, are all part of this problem - nobody gets a pass on this problem. History is not an excuse for poor performance now. Not singling anybody out, not leaving anybody out, they all hold some of the blame.
  20. Ddidn`t see him at a glance, but yeah I see him the little ...
  21. Maddison injured again I assume?
  22. Spurs score again
  23. Same for managers? Their employers are the ones at fault. And then there was one (or maybe two)
