I agree with those who say our squad isn't good enough and responsibility for that rests with the recruitment team and ultimately the directors who sanctioned the transfers. However the fact that we have a sub-standard squad for the PL makes it even more important that we have a manager who can get the very best out of them in every single game. It should be a minimum requirement that the players go into each game fired up with the belief that they can win and with a full understanding of the "game plan" and their specific role within it. Cooper has shown that he is nowhere near the leader we desperately need and should never have been recruited in the first place. He needs to be sacked before it's too late!

The same things he's said in every other post-match interview since he's been here!
