If we go straight back up this season then I'm glad the 4-0 is there forever more than a loss to them in at home. I know what you mean, but I also have zero faith in the board to have even got rid of Brendan then either. I just cannot ever stomach losing to them.

Think he's more than good enough for what we need from him until now to end of the season. I do find it mad how long players like him and Mendy ended up staying at us without doing an awful lot though.

I think Faes looked a bit off in last few games at times. He's so rash but when it comes off and he makes those challenges high up it can start off an attack. You really need a no nonsense man alongside him. I'd give Vesty one more year but we do need a top defender for next season because Faes isn't going anywhere.

We've done well at times when we've just countered too. Sometimes the players suit a certain philosophy more and a manager has to abandon his ways until he gets the players he needs.

Lloyd Dyer was amazing for how direct he could be and taking a man on with pace. But Fatawu and Mavididi are better at so many aspects. It took Dyer a few years to be a top winger in the Championship too.
