  1. Mate, come on. We couldn’t beat a ****ing egg let alone a football team. Liverpool will be 0-1 up after about ten seconds today, and will then proceed to play walking football for 90 minutes. We stand zero chance of even getting a shot in.
  2. CDM, Kante type of player, but he’s decent on the ball too. Won’t score many goals, but his recovery running is unbelievable!
  3. Clap your hearts for the lads!
  4. I hope those who do, take their best thermos flasks today!
  5. Very good player! Rapid which helps!
  6. Someone’s been on the piss.
  7. It’s ****ing embarrassing…… footballs turning into Disney land.
  8. He’s a talented lad, trust me. Having watched plenty of him at youth level, he was always streets ahead, his injury has set him back, but the quality is still there. Once he has his confidence back, he will be more than good enough.
  9. We need to learn not to dish out massive contracts, we should have sold Tielemans after the FA cup win. I totally agree it’s a difficult situation, but we’ve just got to hand out shorter contracts and odd release clauses into some of them. Otherwise you end up in this mess.
  10. Don’t give them stupidly long contracts, on stupid wages. The club can totally be blamed for it, Vestergaard won’t go because no one is stupid enough to pay him £70 odd bags a week for five odd years. It’s piss poor management of player contracts.
  11. But at least we get a free beer!
  12. He’s always been considered one of the best of his age group….. he has just overcome a massive injury, and is performing regularly in senior football….. what exactly is your issue?
  13. Give your head a wobble! Top won the premier league, the FA cup and gives us free beer and cake! #vivakingpower!
  14. Do us all a favour Ruud, and just shut up and **** off.
  15. Ooooooooooooooooooooo
  16. We did push the boat out yes, but we also financially gained along with it, no club of our size has ever managed to see close to half a billion £ come through the club…… clubs who should feel fortunate are the likes of Wigan, who’s FA cup exploits were a momentous achievement for a small modest club. What we did was establish ourselves as a top club, and were dining at the table with the big boys. We’re not paying the price for trying to be ambitious, we’re paying the price because we failed to take advantage of the situation we were in, decided to move away from the model that generated that success, and made a string of fatal errors that has lead to the greatest demise in premier league history. The fact we’ve generated close to £600m and can’t even comply with PSR is remarkable….. The football league is a rancid league, the standard of football is horrendous and it looks very much like we’re on the verge of being sucked into the black hole of the EFL pyramid. I’d take sitting mid table in the PL for eternity over watching up play in this horrific league. We had a chance to become a powerhouse, and we needlessly frittered it away.
  17. Let’s also not forget Brighton are shit. They were ****ing dreadful in that game, and they’re supposed to be on the periphery of Europe??? Honestly, football is disgusting at the moment……
  18. They do, which is why the fact they rate him is a crumb of comfort. Alves is one of the best players within his age group in this county, like Bilal for us, he’s offered Cardiff fans some enjoyment in what has been a dreadful season. He by no means the finished article, but he’s well ahead of the likes of KDH at his age, and now has had men’s football exposure for a good amount of time. If he can stay injury free, he will be a star.
  19. Everyone is well aware of what has unfolded in the last decade. But the point some really fail to grasp, is that this decline is not normal, nor should it be accepted as a “little indiscretion”. I’ve said it before and I’ll continue to bang the drum. If you won £200m on the lottery, and in ten years threw it away, no one would have such a relaxed view. The salient points are…. We have seen close to £600m pass through the club, yet we have been relegated (set to be) twice. In three years, whilst teams like Brentford and Fulham, who’ve achieved nothing, are striding ahead of us. There isn’t a positive slant you can put onto this situation, it’s slapstick comedy. We’re an embarrassment.
  20. Oh yay, another pointless thread rambling about nothing. Give your head a wobble.
  21. Go and ask what the Cardiff fans think.
  22. It’s the lads first taste of consistent senior football, what are some fans expecting? He’s a quality player, and will be valuable to us next season.
  23. Queen Victoria is better than Vestergaard, so this is an absurd statement.
  24. The fact they’ve not spoken to him yet xx would suggest he’s gone. After we lose to Southampton and Ipswich he will probably be shot anyway.
  25. We wouldn’t have no. However, Pearson’s ideology on how a club should be set up meant when Ranieri came in, all he had to do was coach. He didn’t need to worry about transfers, recovery, sorts science etc. so he was the perfect tonic to a team with the right balance of talent, desire and work ethic. It was a one hit wonder, everything perfectly aligned, everyone pulled in the same direction and we rode on the crest of the wave of momentum. Vichai purchasing the club enabled this, absolutely. King Power undoubtedly took the club to a new level. But, successes are there to be commented, and mistakes are there to be questioned…. I don’t think any Leicester fan genuinely thinks Ill of Top, it must be difficult to recover from the tragic loss of his father, and we’ve got to accept his emotional connection with the club is going to be different now, than it was when his father was here. So for me there no coincidence that the club has declined in his father absence. It is my opinion that Kun Vichai was very good at recovering from mistakes, and dare I say, John Rudkin probably wouldn’t be here if he was still with us. King Power have lost control of the club, and this can’t be argued, strings of poor decisions have ultimately led to the most spectacular demise in modern football history, and that history tells us to bring it back around in this current regime will be very difficult. I have said it many times, in my opinion Top either needs to restructure his top office and bring in better footballing brains, or he needs to accept the club needs to be sold, to someone who can carry it forward. All good things come to an end eventually, and this may well be the end for King Power and Leicester city.
