Any reason why there’s laughing and clapping in the away section?

Are Blackburn playing their blind forwards?

The state of the EFL, it’s just a ****ing set of premium pub leagues.

Genuinely forgot this was even on……

Really sad to see how his time is ending here. Because of this board, we’ve not had a chance to celebrate some of our greatest ever players….. in his prime he really was the best RB in the league, injuries have unfortunately hampered him, but this really is a tragic ending to another one of our Great players.

Could we go into Administration next season?

Anyone else fancy opening another thread about our finances? -
I’ve just watched Lincoln’s celebrations… If this is not a stark reminder of this decline I don’t know what it. There are no positives to this at all. Even if we win the league next season (which we won’t) it won’t be cause for celebration, it will be like failing an exam, going back to retake it and passing it… it’s a necessity, not a luxury.

Brussel would only entertain league one if he was being paid a wedge, even though he’s been a ****ing disaster pretty much everywhere. So, it would show the board have learned nothing in terms of finances.

Men? Boys you mean.

I can only imagine those applying for season tickets are just generally into some horrible torture? Sitting on cactuses and what not….

If there’s one thing you can control as a player, it’s your own performance…. You can’t blame the club for players throwing the towel in. Speaks more about their personalities.

Put the toothbrush down flower, and piss off.

No point with this lot, I bet there’s a load of clappers already sat there, in silence, just sipping their soup.

Again, nothing is good about this shitty league.

At home, watching something else.

The closest comparison is Leeds, but even then the amount of money that has come through the club far surpasses what they had. The big question is, what the **** have we done with over £500m…. I know our wages have been astronomical, but **** me…. And some people actually think Top and his current band of bellends are capable of putting the whee back on?
-
We need him to have a good World Cup, which he will, because he will want to get a decent move. He sacked us off a while ago I think, can’t really blame him, his whole personality just fell off a cliff. I think he will end up hair a decent World Cup and we can sell him for a half decent fee. However, this won’t be enough, the sale of players won’t be enough. We still need Top to inject money int the club to keep us alive.
-
**** me, are we doing it? I wouldn’t even bother turning up.

When you actually sit down, and analyse everything, it’s absolutely mind blowing that we’re in this situation. It’s like watching a horror tackle on repeat, it never gets any better….. well, it’s the same here, the more you look at our decline, the more staggering it is. There’s still people missing the point, Simon Jordan likened us to Blackburn, Leeds and Sheffield Wednesday the other day, but the whole argument falls down the the financial gain this club had due to the success, was unlike any other club outside of the “top six” had ever seen before, and from the position of ultimate power, we threw it all away.
-
It’s 60% of the injected cash can be used on player wages. But that’s £60% of whatever figure is injected into a club. For example injecting £200m (just a number so let’s not all be angry) then the 60% of that figure is still greater than the 60% of let’s say £100m….. The idea is you don’t normally get billionaires owning league 1 clubs, or if you do they don’t routinely inject cash into the club. So it all comes down if Top is capable of putting any money in, and if he does want to put any money in.

It’s one game though, he needs to prove it over a long period. Souttar won’t go anywhere I don’t think. He will be here for a season at least.
