  1. Doubt it, he’s been out for over a year, and Achilles injuries are a massive red flag.
  2. PSR doesn’t apply next season. It’s Salary Cost Management Protocol (SCMP) which is as basic as we can have 75% of our revenue spent on player wages. The owner can self generate revenue by injecting cash into the club. What he can’t do it cover it in a loan. If Top injects cash into the club to create revenue, we can then afford to have a fire sale. SCMP is there to be exploited, as both Wrexham and Birmingham have done.
  3. He checked out months ago.
  4. What has to happen, is Top injects the revenue into the club himself, and then we literally have a fire sale, highest bidder wins.
  5. We aren’t getting Mark Robbins. No manager with half a brain cell will touch us with a shitty stick.
  6. When I look at this team, other than Harry “Maldini” Souttar, and the academy lads. I ****ing hate them all. I despise them, and the fans who sit there and actually clap that, actually celebrate going 1-0 up against Millwall who are second? When we couldn’t even muster up enough care to beat the teams around us to stay up? Get ****ed, the lot of them… wànkers. Arseholes, cųnts, fųckwits, bellends shíthead, cųnty twat faced cųnts.
  7. Any cųnt caught clapping, shame them please.
  8. I’ll be livid if we win…. The ****ing cheek of them.
  9. For the first time ever following this club, I’ve actually wanted so lose. I want this lot to feel the pain and humiliation they’ve made all of us feel.
  10. And to think these Cųnts will get a clap tonight.
  11. It all comes down to Top. This season is very much all or bust, but Top is the only person who can sort it. He could probably sort most of the problems out by injecting money into the club, but, it would need to be considerable. The financial rules in league one are there to be exploited if you’re rich enough and clever enough. But the two main points are: 1.Can Top afford to inject the necessary money into the club. 2. Is he willing to inject the necessary money into the club. There’s no way we can do it on self generated revenue, we will end up digging further into a financial hole. Top has to inject money into the club, to stabilise it, even if he wants to sell it…. But judging by the childlike look on his eyes the other night, I doubt he’s got it in him.
  12. Make them run around in their ****ing pants
  13. Barley any point on giving them one.
  14. He’s probably the best academy player we’ve ever had. Another reason this relegation has ****ed us.
  15. Surely PSR won’t apply? League 1 has a completely different financial model, and owner can inject as much as they want into the club, without punishment provided the wage to revenue ratio is adhered to. So, it wouldn’t be fair to then count that period into a three year PSR cycle surely?
  16. Can we delete this thread and just pretend this isn’t happening?
  17. Has this prolapsed rusty sheriffs badge of a man been sacked yet?
  18. Could you repeat the question?
  19. I hope Millwall go up too, the PL are terrified of the prospect of them going up, it will properly piss in their chips.
  20. This essentially is what it all comes down to. Top’s ability and or desire to inject a lot of money into the club. Next season, a lot of the problems can be fixed, but the biggest issue is, we lose £50m before a wage is paid, the kind of money Top would have to put into the club to allow us to properly reset would need to be considerable.
  21. This is it isn’t it. In a way, financially if IF we play our cards right we can have a bit of a reset, and there’s no reason we can’t significantly improve the books, as well as rebuild the team. Rather than wallowing in self pity, if Top and King power genuinely want to turn this around, he’s got no choice but to gather his legal and finance teams and figure out how to get around the SCMP.
  22. Funnily enough it’s all come from Villa, Everton, Forest and unsurprisingly Cov fans. One of them came in with one of those M69 up and down T-shirts on, and a Villa fan put a Cov flag in the office…. Which is very sad. There’s no point having the debate with them anyway, they talk about us as if we never won the league, and the reality is, we’ve had more money pass through our club than any of them have. The only saving grace is I will enjoy watching Cov get battered every week.
  23. Whats the point in selling it? It’s the one thing that may help produce the right talent to build a young team.
