There is a lot of rumours doing the rounds that a lot of managers will not work with JR and this is the reason why we are struggling to get someone in. Can anyone confirm? I mean its highly likely I guess.

The reason that the training complex has not worked is because we have always had managers that do not have an assertive authority since it has been built. When you constantly have nice guys people get away with things its not to bad to start off with but it becomes a trend of acceptability. Its not the training ground its the people running it.

We are in a relegation battle with OAPS currently and the OAPs and contract grabbers are the reason we are there.
