It could ruin them by keeping them in and around the squad regularly whilst we’re in free fall. He’s doing the right thing I think. They’ve had a taste of senior football, know more what it’s about and hopefully will be better for it when we’re (hopefully) towards the top end of League 1 next season.

Hence this is the reason I will not call Rowett. Players fully to blame.

Looking at the back 6 there, he’s had a good chunk of time to work on the defensive shape as no one would have been away, so I’m hoping we may look more solid.

Basically if we go down we are going to probably go bust. Administration then maybe someone buys us out but it’s a gamble. we probably should park the negative atmosphere for the rest of this season, try and get behind the team and see if that can get them playing and keep us up, then re assess the situation in the summer.

Who honestly do you think the club could afford to get? They can’t afford to pay the compo, the clubs in a free fall, we’re not going to be knocking around the premier league level managers are we. This is a sensible appointment given the contract length aswell. Then re assess in the summer.
