spot on , terrible subs, James should never be taken off unless leg broken in 3 places, if only broken in 2 places he stays on..two games running now he has been subbed and we have stopped any kind of attacking play

why do we persist in short sideways passing at the back rather than move the ball forward rapidly and then on the odd occasion we get close to the 18yd area we again pass it sideways, backwards..absolutely no desire to run to pull defenders out of position, hence no space...surely they work on quick transition during the week and creating gaps??? if not why not ffs
