Looks like he lost his man again yesterday for the winning goal. I'm sick of moaning about him every game & saying I never want to see him again. I'm just now clinging to the hope that he will be part of the fire sale that will take place when we get relegated

Realistic Managerial Replacements
Angus Scott replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
Top is a playboy & a gambler. He does not want to pay a salary for a new manager so he is gambling on Andy King keeping us up. He does not want to pay a salary for a Chief executive so is gambling that we don't really need one. He does not want to sideline his mate Jon so is gambling that he can stay on as Director of football. Unfortunately these idiotic decisions will backfire & he is gambling with the very existence of our club. He's an illiterate buffoon & not fit to run a sweet shop -
Top of the list Luke Thomas

Just think 3 more years, it's so depressing. Hopefully, if we ever get a decent manager, he will see how pathetic & weak he is & will try to get rid of him. Sadly we know no-one will buy him so I think we'll just keep sending him out on loan & probably having to foot his wages.
-
Absolutely idiotic thing to do, I remember saying such at the time. It gave a free kick away in a dangerous position, we never really got the ball clear & it lead to a goal. I just cannot stand watching him, he is truly awful
-
I think it may be because it is a re-arranged fixture from a Saturday and was not origonally scheduled to be televised. (It would have been a 3pm kick off if it was still being played on Saturday). When it is a full midweek set of fixtures, Sky can show them all via the red button. I may be wrong on all that but I think it's correct

Realistic Managerial Replacements
Angus Scott replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
Perhaps no experienced manager wants the job. We are hardly an attractive proposition at the moment & everyone connected with football knows the problems - complete shambles of a club, toxic atmosphere, loads of the players don't want to be here, no money to spend, owner is a buffoon & DOF incompetent, massive rebuild required in the summer, probably going to get relegated. Why would any experienced manager want to take on all those problems -
They have no planning, everything is done on a whim. In his interview with RL, Top said Marti's job was safe, then 3 hours later he is sacked. Top is an idiot & Rudkin totally incompetent, it's almost as if they are deliberately running the club into the ground

With us now having 4 new players, it is more important than ever that we have a new manager. Unfortunately Top & Rudkin don't do forward planning as they work on a whim all the time, so they'll see no urgency in replacing King which will be a very costly mistake. I wouldn't be at all surprised if King is still in charge at the end of the season -
Gerry Daly & then we stupidly didn't sign him
-
I doubt that would do any good. Judging by his interview the other week, Top is clueless, thick & has no idea what's happening at the club. He would just giggle & waffle about nothing. Really desperate times
-
He's not really going to hit the ground running as he won't be able to play in 2 of our first 3 matches - because they happen to be against Southampton

Agree with that. Only watched the second half but it was a very enjoyable game & we should never have lost. It was such a pleasure to see a Leicester team playing positive, front foot attacking football -
Should have been in the team weeks ago. So much pace & energy, things that we are not exactly well blessed with. He should be the regular right back so Ricky can move into midfield or preferably left back instead of the school kid
-
That really makes you want to puke doesn't it

Great defending yet again from Thomas. But just 3 more years

5 grounds I've not been to in League 1. L.m looking forward to it

Realistic Managerial Replacements
Angus Scott replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
They would now, but they wouldn't have done after he was sacked by Rangers. I'm afraid our fans are unrealistic, the club is a basket case & this is well known throughout football. Most managers won't come anywhere near us -

Clement doing a great job at Norwich, you can see the great attitude & work rate that he has got out of the players, who lets face it were nailed on relegation when we beat them. If he were still available, I can just imagine the negative reaction if we were linked with him -
What? Haven't got a clue what you are talking about

It's listed on "live Football on TV" as being available on the Chelsea app & website, so you are hopefully correct -

It's completely baffling to me that people think that King, who has only been a coach for 5 minutes & has shown nothing, is the man to sort out this complete basket of a team. -
Has it actually been stated anywhere that anyone other than Marti has been sacked? Even if his assistant & other coaches have gone, I can't see any way that new coaches will be appointed as surely the new manager will bring his own people in.

Why do people think King is the answer to our problems. He is part of the problem since he came back here as a coach. Why is the assistant manager not in interim charge? -

Neil Warnock till the end of the season. He'll sort the buggers out
