The UK is the home of snooker & Sheffield the home of the World Championships. Why not hold it at Sheffield Arena, there would be ample room there for the 2 table set up with increased crowds.

Yes but the problem is when it's 1 mm or very close, how can they be sure that the point of release of the pass is spot on. I thought the origonal point of VAR was to eliminate the howler i.e. the bloke is 5 yards offside but the ref doesn't give it.

We definitely want a Preston win as Southampton are still a danger to us. Even if Preston win they will still be 5 points behind Norwich with only 3 games to play & they have a minus goal difference so I would say they are out of contention

One big downside for this game is it being a Friday lunchtime following the international break. I'm not sure how many of our players are on international duty, but those that are will probably not be back at the club until the Thursday morning & we will presumably travel down to Bristol that afternoon. So probably only 1 training session with the rest of the team. This could have a big impact on team selection
