Nothing going to happen for a month as the kid in charge 'Top' is busy off to the gold cup polo tournament starting next week until 20 July. Just like the previous tournament this month he's so preoccupied with polo that he hasn't got time for Leicester FC

Yup I remember around September 2022 when everything was going tits up with Brendan Rogers and Thomas Frank was having problems at Brentford. We were heavily linked in getting Frank if Brendan was getting booted out. But we dithered and kept Rodgers on for another 6 months.

I had Lambourn at 13/2, surprised that his price considering he won the Chester vase last month. He's a strong horse who coped with the pace

Leicester had proper characters back then who weren't slackers

Spurs had alot of injuries playing Ange's direct gung-ho aggressive high pressing style of football. His type of football works in cup competitions, that's probably why they were successful in the Europa but it's difficult to play that week in week out in the the premier league

Ange's gung-ho all guns blazing type of football would work in the championship it's just in the premier League it lead to alot of their players getting injured.... playing that style over the course of two seasons

Just looked on the guards polo club website and the quarter finals aren't open to non members, it's just the semi's and the final 🙄

They've reached the quarter finals of the cartier queens cup and practicing for their match on Sunday against Aureus, dunno how they got their as they lost their last game against Kazak... maybe its got to do with the league table positions.
