  1. Wrong appointment to be begin with. Signings have reflected appointment and the appointment is still wrong. It’s a long season but with coops involved it’s not going to change. Every game in charge is a game wasted. This is also not an overaction, I have never backed the appointment in any way, thought it was completely the wrong and still don’t.
  2. Honestly worst part is, with cooper and his tactics I don’t see anything Ben build on. I don’t see anything in terms of idea. Was always going to happen
  3. Away from home, it will be like this every single time. Get used to it
  4. They spent 140 million I think. But let put it down to cooper
  5. I agree, be surprised if this happens. No doubt, they will announce ravel Morrison at any moment. 😂
  6. I wanted O’ Riley but it seems a lot of money for a player that has played in league one and SPL. He looks good but no guarantee he hits the ground running. I’m not backing skipp more but at least we know he can deliver to level that was appreciated by the fans. Who knows though
  7. I know we are well passed this one but Rowe has moved to Marseille on loan but with option. I thought if we could have got an option we should be all over that.
  8. I have never heard of him. But judging by the reaction of a few on here he is exciting and a must have. Hate to spoil the party but this season more than ever, I simply don’t trust it will happen until I see it officially announced. 😂 think I have PTSD.
  9. Can’t work out if it’s a dig at me for not being a professional of fan forum or you are still in about Steve cooper 😂. I would have just expected him to utilise them in pre season a lot more than he has given his supposed record of developing new youth players through a academy system.
  10. I think coopers track record with youth is a complete myth. If you weren’t in his youth England teams 7 or so years ago he is not Interested.
  11. BDR - pushing on, average, underwhelming, 3 year contract. Never really stood out and now he is all ours, for 3 years. Golding - 5 mill PSR child playing with the youth team. Bought for no other reason than to convince Chelsea to still underpay for our best player and nearly a 3rd of all goals contributions last year. A player who also did not want to leave meaning we essentially sold KDH from our academy for the some price as we purchased skipp. skipp - solid player, overpaid big time, that is a lot of money especially when you consider our situation. Okoli - not young enough to have be an unknown raw quantity, seemingly brought in to provide cover as a 4th centre back, don’t see him being much better than souttar. 2O % of total budget spent. Facundo - will be a great player, we may see glimpses of it this year, caveat being he is only loan and will need replacing again. The more excited you get about him the more you remember he’s just a loan. 19years old and has the entire weight of a city on his shoulders as the only capable number 10, AMC at the club. For me, it feels like we are one injury away to having literally nobody capable of this role in the in premier league Ayew - 8 million, nearly 33 and For context 8 million puts him 4th highest premier league incoming transfer for an out field player over the age 32. (Goalkeepers excluded) the other 3 players are Loriente, Aubameyang and someone called Ronaldo. I’m sorry but that is utter madness. He is an attacking player with less goal contributions than Shane bloody long. Fattawa - no caveat, exciting signing, very exciting although doesn’t feel new 😜
  12. I completely agree with this…. People may think I’m just being negative for the sake of it but I genuinly haven’t felt fully behind any of ours signings at all. Need to get some positive ones through the door to create a buzz and dream again about adding value and building assets to get us out of this mess long term. IMO every single one our signings comes with a compromise, doubt or caveat. My point is, I don’t feel there is one deal there apart from fatawa that we feel as fans, we have come out on the right end of. Our competitors on the other hand, Clarke is exciting, we can all pretend that Ayew has premier league experience but let’s face we would be buzzing if we got jack clark on a perm for that price. I would also say that Samie and greaves are both more exciting than all of ours. Southampton have signed Edwards, Fernandes and THB. I think we would be excited about how they develop and and what the offer for the future. I really just hope if we do sign any more, they are positive, long term and good value. I know we all have a slight bit of optimism after our second half against Tottenham. However, copper is renown for being rubbish away from home and we could well come crashing back down against Fulham and these transfers should be seriously questioned. I promise to think more realistically from now and rant no more
  13. Absolute gold, good night, at least we didn’t marry him 😂
  14. It was a sarcastic post sorry 😔
  15. Great signing. Where as we have actually not had one signing this year where we have all thought great signing. ✍️ every single signing has had a caveat or compromise. Well done Ipswich, they have done plenty that would have excited us in my opinion. Instead we have to look for positives. financially these players were not out of our reach either. 😟
  16. Pros he looks good Cons doesn’t get fouled alot maybe too young not in last year of contract Scores goals no prem experience a risk of having a sell on value It’s a no from me.
  17. I agree with this. Just think it’s very steep. Especially with only a year left.
  18. Some people stating that we have options in different positions now. We are one injury to a 19 year old Argentine away from have absolutely nothing. Literally no AMC. They better deliver some big singings in the next 10 days or we have completely messed this up and I think the Cooper appointment was the start of that. I don’t doubt that Ayew might be useful this year, but we will have him tied down for ages and Palace have absolutely had our pants down, to the point where he is no longer just a cheap squad filler. Personally I think Cooper and Rudkin to blame here. Both clowns in IMO, I hope they prove me wrong. Very very worrying! 😟
  19. Ragardless of what type of signing, option or starter it is simply too much money. Nothing changes that. If this was a mega cheap option to allow us to strengthen else where I might think different but it turning out to not be that cheap. Overpaying for “prem experience” concerning lot become the Leicester trademark. No wonder we are in financial ruin. I don’t doubt he will add something the money involved is silly.
  20. Does this put him in top 10 most expensive prem 32+ of all time! Hahahahha
  21. Can’t be 8 mill. Just can’t be!!!! Please oh god no!!!!!!!
  22. Would absolutely love. So far out of our reach it’s crazy. Will never happen.
  23. I agreed with the above, that’s fair. Heartbreaking. I’m a sensitive guy and my heart breaks easily. 😂
  24. Romano says agreed with Girona. Announce Ayew
