  1. I'd argue that only Vardy plays up front. Armstrong and Whittaker play as RWs and Chaplin and Rutter have been number 10s. I also think Sargent has had a greater impact on his team than Vardy has had on ours. But hey, football is all opinions 😊
  2. Genuinely interested to see who you have as your 5, as I really struggled to find a striker who's had a really good season this year. Could have played about 6 wingers though.
  3. It's a shallow pool, but you can easily argue he's the main reason Norwich get play offs
  4. GK - Hermansen RB - Walker Peters LB - Davis CB - Rodon CB - Greaves CM - Ampadu CM - KDH RW - Armstrong AM - Szmodics LW - Summerville CF - Sargent
  5. I can see Leeds winning their final 5, potentially a slip up against Boro. Ipswich however, have a tough run in, and those two away games at Hull and Cov will be difficult. Could do with a Norwich loss to keep the play off race open at that point. I've said it in other threads but I'm of the firm belief that 100 will get automatic promotion. 4 wins needed.
  6. 4 wins sees us promoted. Next 2 and the last 2 looking most likely.
  7. Huuuugggeeee Champions win those matches, and we've got the best chance of anybody to end up as that now.
  8. So, if ive understood this right. The way to stop clubs jeopardising their future by spending too much comparative to revenue, is to make that spending even more expensive, leaving the club's with even greater exposure to debt? Perfect
  9. Vardy for Daka, otherwise unchanged. 2-0 win, momentum.
  10. Fatawu likely omitted as he's on loan, and there's a tendency not to nominate them for these awards. Rosenior > Enzo is ridiculous. You could easily say with the squad he has, Rosenior is underachieving!!
  11. If we go up, and if we are looking at point deductions for the next two or three years, are we better off taking a big hit in the summer with the thought of setting a squad up that can stay up regardless of point deductions, or do we plan for a side that will dominate the championship the year after?
  12. Completely agree, the Wilf replacement
  13. I've had a cup of tea, calmed down a little...and retract my 20 point prediction. I've completely flipped and I'm now convinced we stay up after a 8 point deduction.
  14. If we go up I can see us getting around 20 points deducted, if we stay in the Championship I can see probably a 6-10 points with a transfer embargo. No real workings to that, just a finger in the air.
  15. Hearing Kieran Maguire on the when you're smiling pod refer to the only real comparative situation to this is Leeds back in the early 2000s is absolutely terrifying. 2014-2022 was brilliant, 2022-2030 is going to be dark.
  16. We are basically ****ed as a club until 2027, and that's if we get competent owners in asap
  17. Who the hell has a business losing £1m a week in cash and thinks, yeah this is fine. Top is clueless
  18. Why the **** have we rushed to put Madders sale into this year when they were already abysmal. Put every cost possible into 22/23 so 23/24 is better. Do we have any ****ing accountants at the club? It's so ****ing amateur it's unreal! Raging, as you can probably tell
  19. Horrific, utterly horrific. I want all of them gone.
  20. Controversial shout, but I think 18 league teams work best. Have 2 automatically going down with play offs involving 15th and 16th from the top league and 3rd and 4th from the 2nd.
  21. Imminent news or beans and little sausage for tea?
  22. Think he was just more than happy for the players to soak it up. Usually when Enzo has gone to the crowd it's to appreciate the small section that actually makes noise. Not necessary yesterday as the atmosphere was good and the players need that confidence boost from the crowd
  23. Thought it was telling that early on in the match both Vestegaard and Hermansen had a real go at him for losing concentration on separate occasions.
  24. Thought the ref was good yesterday, let a fair amount of the game flow.
  25. Ipswich have a horrific record against Norwich, I fully expect them to drop points. If they get all 3 at Carrow Road then the stars are aligning for them. Will feel like our Man City away win in 2016.
