I don’t like how the official twitter feed refers to the players by their first names during games

Cricket, not just English cricket has an issue with drink. I honestly can’t think of any other “top” sport that the “athletes” go on the booze so often. In a sport where you have to potentially concentrate for 5 days straight let alone the physical exertion what it requires why on earth would you be going out on the lash in between games. this hole England set up seems so rotten, and it comes from the top. Doesn’t seem to be an discipline. i love stokes as a cricketer but i do question him as a leader.

After watching 2 episodes of Dear England I fully believe we should go after Joseph Fiennes as manger and Jodie Whittaker as assistant manager.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned before or if I’m miss remembering things but I swear McDonalds made a big fuss and dance about not have plastic toys in their happy meals. Maybe it was around the time of getting rid of plastic straws as well. Could have been influenced by the governments net zero target. For the past few months now they have had plastic toys back but still persist with the crappy paper straws that evaporates after a few sucks.

Started running again a couple of weeks ago after not doing so for at least a decade, I’m vastly over weight now and need to get rid of the belly. Decided to take my 8 year old daughter to a 5k park run as she wanted to go with me. I clocked a rather unspectacular 37 minute time with my daughter running off into the distance on the last straight to beat me by 9 seconds. we did the same course again a week later and I managed to clock 35 minutes , again with daughter running off from me at around the halfway point to beat me by 3 minutes. i used to be able to run a 5k in under 25 minutes fairly easily it’s dangerously worrying how quickly your own health/fitness can deteriorate when you don’t do a bit of exercise every now and then just need to regain some fitness so I can out run an 8 year old now

Yeah can see your logic there. I have no skin in the game with either party myself. there seems to be a lot of labour MPs who would want Burnham. I think he would easily win over Starmer in a leadership race

If I was Farage I’d stand down as an MP in his seat, go up against Burnham in a by Election with a good chance of wining then tell the Guv to have General Election as the “public have spoken” I do love the political drama

We’ve not won 3 league games in a row for 2 seasons, it’s not going to start now. part of me wants us to be 3-0 down at half time so I can at least switch off and try and enjoy the rest of my evening. The other part of me wants us to be at least within a punch’s chance of getting a win with the last 10 minutes to go

This will be my first game in 10 years im on a personal undefeated streak of 19 games when attending, got a feeling this city team won’t help get me to 20. can’t wait for this season to be over

Desperate for a win tonight, all the in laws are Wrexham fans and season ticket holders. Been winding them up for years, especially since the Disney clowns took over…. And somehow we’re now in the same league. Dont care what the score line is. Just get the 3pts

If his styles brings success, I couldn’t careless how attractive it is. It’s a results based business.
