Yes this isn’t great, will just have to make sure I don’t crash. I don’t know that the indicator update affects me as I have the new shape model 3 with the indicators on the steering wheel, which is enough of a pain in the ar$e as it is.

Mine froze when we had the snow the other week! Thankfully you can use the app to open the doors but it took me longer than I would care to admit to realise that. I've lost count at the number of times I've had to lean over the passenger seat to open the door for someone trying to get in.

When Top leaves at half time, does it mean that no-one gets to sit in the front row of the directors box for the second half? What a load of nonsense that is BTW.

Hopefully the presence of Nadine Dorries might scare him off that one

The rate at which they’re rounding up the least popular Tory MPs from the previous government, I’m fully expecting them to announce Matt Hancock has joined the party next.

He seems to be a dangerous combination of being naive, arrogant and a bit thick. The 'get promoted next year' comment as a one off isn't the end of the world, if it was being used as a bit of a deflection tactic in public to avoid revealing too much. The problem is, what we've seen over the last 4/5 years shows there's seemingly no plan, which feeds into the idea that behind the scenes Top thinks everything will be alright and promotion will take care of itself. I'm sure those more involved day to day have a very good idea of where this is heading, whether this is being communicated to Top and he's burying his head into the sand, or they're hiding this from him only they will know. Regardless, the interview doesn't fill me with much hope things are going to improve anytime soon.

As a Vikings fan I have to admit I didn't see this coming from Darnold after he $hit down his leg so badly at the back end of last season. Happy for him as he seems like a genuinely decent guy and has taken a hell of a lot of ridicule over the years, however the other part of me is dying inside know we let him go and are now stuck with JJ McCarthy. It's classic Vikings.

They'll be desperate to give him the job permanently or at least until the end of the season. 1. He's already on the staff so almost definitely the cheapest option. 2. From a PR perspective, they know that fans will be reluctant, understandably, to get on his back. Would be interesting to see who the KP loyalists would back should Kingy get the job until the end of the season and it continues to go down the path it currently is. Andy King, a bona fide club legend, who represents everything good about our rise from L1, or Top and Rudkin, who represent everything that's caused our downfall.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
skolfoxes replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He seems to just do everything really really slowly, to the point that even walking out of the tunnel at the start of the game last night he was a good ten yards behind whoever was in front of him. Really wound me up in the first half yesterday when Mavididi was breaking away on a bit of a counter and rather than bust a gut to support him he went down off the ball looking for a freekick around the halfway line. Firstly, even if we do get the freekick it gives the opposition time to get all 11 men behind the ball, and secondly the fact he didn't get the freekick meant he was on his ar$e and there was no one to support Mavididi. Genuinely think that whilst Daka is useless, we look a better team with him in it as if nothing else he stretches the game a bit creating space for others to move into, and can press the opposing defenders when they're on the ball. He generally makes things a bit chaotic which at the moment we need as our patterns of play, or lack of, sure as hell don't create many openings. -
Every time I think I'm done with social media something like this pops up to reel me back in

Have no issue with players not walking in professional cricket, it's the umpire's job to give the decision, and human error notwithstanding the DRS system has shown itself to be pretty reliable. However, when the Aussies still to this day go on about Broad not walking 12 years ago, it's not a great look for them. Still winds me up that the Aussies conveniently ignore that Broad nicked the ball to the keeper who deflected it to first slip, they act as if he middled it straight to Clarke.

Jesus Christ. How long is that bloke's neck at the 1:17 mark?!

With his record behind the wheel, I'm not sure he'd last until the end of the season having to navigate the junction on to the A46 every day.

Which is a bit of shame really, as even during that season he registered double digit goals and 9 assists A couple of high-profile mistakes overshadow what would be classed as a productive season for a midfielder competing towards the top of the league, never mind a struggling team near the bottom. Which is understandable, however if we had 10 other players (maybe 9 as Barnes did well too) performing at that level we wouldn't have been in any trouble at all. Anyone can miss a penalty or make a mistake, these things happen and at the time I felt they were a result of a player who was actually trying too hard as opposed to one that didn't care, which I didn't feel was the case for much of that team. I actually had more of an issue with the 'play like that and we'll be fine' tweet, primarily as it gave an insight into the attitude of the squad which didn't change until it was too late.

My suspicion is that he is going to try and use something like this as a way to defer the midterms, this seems too far out for that though. As it relates to Venezuela, I think it's more likely that they want to install a friendly regime in order to gain access to their resources.

The most Deano of places, as is the one in Repton, especially if you're in the Garden Room. Can't move in the car park for S Line Audis and M Sport BMWs. In saying that, I have enjoyed the food the couple of times I've been, and they have Pilsner Urquell on tap which makes everything else OK.

Fairly confident that McLaren not pitting today was an attempt to not show favouritism towards either driver. Ironically as a result they ended up screwing them both over. After Abu Dhabi I never want to hear the term ‘papaya rules’ again.

I think it’s fair to say that taken literally, the Rudkin chant is pretty abhorrent. In the realms of football, where chants and songs are generally factually inaccurate, and exaggerated to get a reaction from their target, it’s crass and antagonistic, and not something I would personally join in with or think is acceptable. But let’s be real here, it’s not a genuine death threat against anyone. The fact that this is the first time we’ve had any sort of statement from the club in literally years to me shows that they’ve spotted an opportunity to shape the narrative on this. It may backfire in their face, like telling a naughty child not to do something, and only serve to add fuel to the fire for many. But it will have the desired impact on some. It seems as though the club have spotted an opportunity, and used the statement as a way to keep those starting to waiver on their support of KP on their side, and to lead them to not want to be associated with those on the anti KP side of the aisle. Chants against Managers, Owners, Directors of Football etc don’t always have to be crude to be the most effective. You only have to look at how many join with ‘We want Rudkin out’ compared to ‘Rudkin’s a c**t’ to see this.

+1 for Scottsdale golf here. I went up to their place near Warrington a couple of years ago for some irons, with the same day build. This was before they had opened their Birmingham facility. Can't fault the fitting process there, the fitter was knowledgeable, and wasn't biased or pushy towards any brands in particular. They seemed to have a decent selection of shafts to choose from at no extra cost and the fitter wasn't pushy about trying to upsell me, although I did say at the outset I wasn't interested in spending a load extra on the fancy shaft options. Did it with a pretty open mind, although did have an idea as to what sort of profile iron I was interested in, so had a hit of nearly all the brands and walked away with a set of Mizunos. As other have said, you don't get the fitting fee off the clubs, but you do walk away with them the same day. I did my fitting during that post covid period where people were waiting months and months for clubs so decided to pay a bit extra to make sure I got them on the same day. Pretty sure I booked the fitting this time of year and got 50% off the price in some sort of Black Friday deal. Itching to go back for a shiny new driver, but to be honest I have the 2017 M2 and the thing's an absolute rocket!

I think Monga's emergence has warped some of our realities here. Not sure many 17 year olds can reasonably expect to get much playing time in the first team, Monga is the anomaly here, not the norm. Evans has scored goals for fun in the youth set up, so he's obviously very talented and has something about him, but if we're being completely honest with ourselves he didn't show anything in any of his cameos at the back end of last season to indicate he's ready for the step up. Admittedly that was in pretty dire circumstances, but Monga managed to show flashes. What you would like to see is either a loan move, or him getting on the bench every now and again and making to odd appearance, so this is a bit of a concern. Maybe the cups was supposed to be the place for this, so it hasn't helped that we got knocked out so early in the Carabao. For me this isn't the same as Nelson who went on loan last year, to the division we now find ourselves in, and did really well. He can realistically expect to be getting meaningful gametime this season, if not starting every game at least getting on the bench. It also doesn't help the public perceptions when the two players starting in his position are public enemies No.1 and 2. It seems the clubs mindset is to get back to the PL as quickly as possible, I am sure this has been laid out very clearly to Marti. So whilst he may want to blood some youngsters, his safest option is to play his experienced pros, a lot of which were part of the team that cruised at this level last time. Not saying I think this is necessarily the correct approach, but this may be the reality of the situation he finds himself in. It's a long season, we're only 9 games in to it. We'll have injuries, and players off to AFCON in December/January, I'd like to think there will be the opportunity to get Evans involved at some point.

Nor Bobby Mac. Bloke’s soft as sh1t and lets every comment from the crowd get under his skin. U.S. fans have been all over him which isn’t great, but if you’re going to so visibly let it bother you you’re only encouraging them.

I'd love to be as optimistic as many on here seem to be, but for some reason winning an away Ryder Cup seems to be one of the most difficult things in sport. That being said, I do think we've got as good a chance as any this time though, in my opinion for the previous 2 Ryder Cups in the US we've had some real weak links in the team where as I don't think we do this time. Donald has also shown himself to be a fantastic captain, I don't think the same can be said for Clarke and Harrington for the last 2 in the US. Whilst 2-2 in the Friday Foursomes doesn't sound too bad, we really need to make hay in that format as the US are typically much stronger in the Fourballs and Singles. realistically, I think we probably need 5/6 points out of 8 in the Foursomes if we are to stand a chance.

Haven’t had Gamepass for a couple of years. It certainly used to let you watch all games live, other than the ones Sky have chosen to show, as well as Redzone. If your team’s not on Sky very often it’s ideal, if you’re a fan of the Cowboys, Packers etc (one of the popular teams) then lots of their games will be on Sky which is annoying if you only have Gamepass.

As a Vikings fan ecstatic to see the back of Kenny Clark who always seemed to kill us, less enthusiastic about having to face Micah Parson twice a year though!

Great to see Sky have renewed, I think their NFL coverage is on the whole really good, big fan of Neil and they always manage a good blend of analysis and entertainment in the studio as well. Then you throw in RedZone. Don't think Sky have renewed any of their NCAA stuff this year, which is a shame. Have signed up for the DAZN as it's free for now, although they're not showing Texas @ Ohio State on Saturday which sucks, will have to revert to other methods for that one. Done a bit of Googling and seems they won't have anything from the Big 10.
