  1. Does John Bloor have any family connection to Tom Bloor who was a Leicester City director for many years back in the day
  2. Amateur and what a waste of time. Does this actually save the club money getting relegated?
  3. If found guilty hopefully long prison sentences served with automatic deportation after. How long were they here before engaged in this activity I wonder
  4. The club really don't do themselves any favours. The basic communication you mention would certainly help. They don't seem to understand the emotional connection fans have. It's not like we are customers at a King Power outlet or some supermarket
  5. Sort of sentence someone might expect for keying a car or a bit of graffiti on a public building not rape. Too much trying to understand the perpetrator and not enough recognition of the serious crime
  6. I remember Lord Stockton as he was (Harold Macmillan) saying the family silver was sold off cheap
  7. Apparently the judge spoke about how serious it was and that the attacks were recorded as a laugh yet imposed what was less than a slap on the wrist. That boys of 14 or 15 were responsible indicates their morale compass is already shattered and the public expects a custodial sentence.
  8. Even in the 2021 FA Cup final I think Tuchel had a stinker with his team selection and we benefitted thank goodness
  9. As least we won't have to listen to all the players being addressed by their surname apart from Alexander Arnold
  10. Tend to agree with Jess Phillips that the sentences on the youths convicted of rape were unduly lenient. A very serious crime committed by boys over the age of criminal responsibility but the judge said he does not want to criminalise them. For crying our loud this is not a minor offence.
  11. We have enough problems without taking on somebody else's issues
  12. Talking of this competition would you swap this for the FA Cup win. I wouldn't as our FA Cup history needed to be resolved
  13. I have known quite a few Arsenal fans over the years and all good people. I would guess the London thing adds to the ticket prices and the big time charlie image. As a kid in the 60s they were in the doldrums relative to their past. Of course doing the double in 71 was a major comeback. Their elevation to the top division back in the day would put Man City and Saints scandals in the shade. The club does have a sense of history. One nice touch is that Leicester Fosse were their first opponents at Highbury. Our Tommy Benfield the first ever scorer. Of course Tommy was killed in the Great War. Arsenal did invite Leicester to the 50th anniversary of Highbury opening.
  14. Never understood why people like this voyeuristic tacky sort of show.
  15. Can imagine Spurs lose but West Ham only draw and Spurs stay up
  16. It only took them 10 years after they thought they were catching us
  17. Man C winning so much their fans appear almost blasé
  18. West Ham north of the river. Millwall south as are Charlton, Palace, Wimbledon and Bromley. Funny thing although I was born south of the river Chelsea and Fulham nearest big clubs
  19. As a Londoner from south of the river I don't know what you mean. This Arsenal side and manager are a bit unlikeable but better they win for first time since 2004 than Man City yet again
  20. Imagine if they had been playing Pompey!
  21. Perhaps they should reply a one off game with Middlesbrough given a one goal lead?
  22. More evidence of what a dirty messy state professional football is in
  23. Is there actually anyone in the office running the show ?
  24. Will there be another apology for a VAR cock up?
