Ok fair point. Maybe should have said our best team. We have seen though that we can compete if we get things right and play as a team with spirit and bravery. United are in bits. We will be more competitive than against Everton.

This Man Utd team are not that good. Especially at home. If we play a strong team we have a chance here. I think we have to show that there is some fight left in us so I think we will see an improved performance over the Everton game. I’m expecting 2-1.

Yes I do too. Play like we did at the weekend again and we have got a good chance. They will think they have a great chance and I can see it pan out much like the weekend.

No you are right. Ayew gets a lot of stick but he isn’t always appreciated for what he does. I’ve understood most of his selections and only been a bit peeved about the choice of one or two players. The only thing I didn’t like at the time was the purchase of skipp and edouard. I watch a lot of games and never thought those two were right. It’s all about teamwork effort and bravery from now on but if we do that I fancy our chances.

In hindsight he did and to be fair he had to make some changes. I was quite happy with the set up apart from BDCR but he had is best game in a city shirt. If he keeps that up he will silence a lot of his critics. I liked him at Fulham and thought he was underated but his previous games for us have been underwhelming. Hopefully he can keep that level up. Possibly improve further.

He is their main danger man for sure. Knowing our luck he will be rubbish but someone like doucoure will get a brace. I liked the way we kept our momentum up all game against spurs. Do that again and I think we can win this. Another big game from Bilal and soumare will be welcome.

I had been thinking this but couldn’t express it as well as you have. An in form winks still has a lot to offer in transitioning the ball ball from defence to the offence but soumare and ndidi together could be just what we need at the moment. Having Bilal provides that creative link. And he runs his socks off too. Our wingers tend to tuck and come inside naturally to provide that box midfield anyway.

He is more industrious than Mahrez but I see what you mean. Mahrez’ touch and ability to create are still a notch above. That said Bilal is getting better game by game so we haven’t seen his ceiling yet.

Great game again today. We need him to continue playing like that. I love the way that when the going gets tough he just digs in and steps up a level.

Vardy and ayew havent done bad but lacking spark and belief. Reid just looks lacking in physicality and well everything. Used to be decent about five years ago. ****
