Anyone excited about tomorrow's game ?
CrazyKopCorner replied to marcymarc666's topic in Leicester City Forum
I cringe at the thought of BDFRs pathetic attempts to keep the ball, win the ball, cross the ball, shoot. Ayew being totally and utterly shite and diving around like a twonk. Soumare looking the part in flashes but doing absolutely **** all and the ****ing Kamikaze squad at the back ready to self destruct at any given moment. Special mention to Faes who has been an abomination more or less all season (apart from Bournemouth at home). -

And intermittently and without warning (although you fear it's coming) you're going to have your head flushed down the toilet 3 or more likely 4 times -

I've woken up extremely early it's taken me an hour to remember we have a game tonight and now I'd dreading it. I'm thinking of ways of how I can avoid watching and knowing what's happened until the inevitable Leicester 0 West Ham at least 3 result is confirmed That sums up all match days since the start of this season for me -
The problem is that when any question is asked of this lot they provide the same answer by being totally shite. It’s starting to feel like 1977/78 for any of those old enough to remember the McClintock debacle.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
CrazyKopCorner replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I seriously cannot believe how crap Ruud is. He seems to be hanging on in there for his pay off which moves him into total cnut territory. Just xxxx off and take your non exist staff with you -
Great post.

Will Alves - loaned to Cardiff City

Come on mate they'll be an option for him to take a 4th surely -
Probably an unpopular opinion that but I agree. He built it that's for sure.

That didn't end too well. An Arsenal fan took a right hiding in L1

I thought Cooper was a terrible manager and clueless but Ruud absolutely trumps him. I think with Cooper we'd at least still be in with a chance and possibly just in or outside of the relegation zone. Ruud is borderline insane. A complete and utter fruitcake. -
It was absolutely electric and those away games at West Brom, Burnley, Sunderland were memorable as well at home to Newcastle and Southampton. I think we were aware something special was happening. It was possibly the most exciting period in the last 50 years for me. I struggled to really enjoy the Premier League win as I knew we'd **** it up and then I'd never recover - the fact we won it still baffles me.

Raises the hairs on the back of your neck. This to me is the spirit of Leicester City Nearly 10 years ago but seems a lifetime away from the passionless dross this lot serve up. We need to bring people back who understand this. Kingy is a good start but get more of the legends back. I'd have Nige on the board.

Ben Dawson and Danny Alcock - Left the club

From what I saw them pissing about on the pitch before the Everton game they looked extremely unprofessional. Anything associated with Cooper probably means they were shite in any case. Ruud no backroom staff of course because he's not a football manager - He's a 2nd rate pundit at best. -
I remember him giving multiple fist pumps at Burnley in the great escape season and we went fuching mental too
-
Like others I bucking love this man - He's the governor Get him the fcuk back in Rudkin for fuch sake do one and bring our Nigel back
-
If they were giving their all, If you could see the agility and dexterity in the managers thinking and in game management If you could see variety in our play, our formation and personnel and ever decreasing circles in us getting the best 11 out for the run in If you could see the blooding of fresh exciting talent (rather than loaning them out to all and sundry or leaving them at Seagrave) If you could see this was a blip and there was a bigger masterplan in place I'd absolutely be taking time off work, travelling, giving it the full banana for the full 95 minutes. In reality we have none of the above and so I'm likely to fall asleep rather than getting upset watching it
-
I was in the front few rows in the supporters club corner. I used to get in at 1.30 on the dot and sit there in full kit with my scarf and flear de lys pie I've never been quite right

They were a superb team. November 1980 we lost 3-1 - Lineaker scored for us. They had Regis, Cunningham, Batson, Godden, Statham, Brown, Robson .......... absolutely brilliant they were I was totally and utterly gutted as a 10 year old I think in the home game lost 2 - 0 (not 100% sure) but I just remember there being a big punch up in Pen 3.
-
Baffling Generally if you think well any sane club would do that then Leicester will do the exact opposite. Made total sense from a revenue, PSR, squad development etc perspective to get shot of this donut but no Leicester hold on to him and then he doesn't even make the bench. Astoundingly inept as usual

Blimey I independently said more or less the same as your goodself. Those days with Jock were full of passion - the 79 / 80 season is still one of my favourites when we won the league and there were stories of Jock pinning players up against the dressing room wall at half time - Cambridge away 1 - 1 early doors was one I remember.
-
I remember that 1978 / 79 season - that was my 1st season in going to down to watch us. The difference is Jock was a proper football manager. Ruud would be a 3rd or 4th choice pundit.
