I'm not having a go but I think we've really over estimated our team over the last 3 years. We've really not brought the quality through or purchased sufficient quality to be considered even a top 6 Championship side based on our current squad. This team has shown to us time after time this se=quad is not good enough. We limped over the line in 2023 / 2024 and I'm not expecting great things from this squad when we go down - Obvious I know but we need a minimum 7 players to make us competitive i.e 2 new fall backs, ideally 2 new centre halfs, a midfield general, a new left winger, and a new striker The only areas we have quality is in goal and on the right wing IF Fatawu comes back with the same quality - Also possibly right back IF Ricky's the same player - Possibly Wilf can still do a job in midfield - The rest I'd have out
