No. He has some talent but he’s not great. Early goals flattered him a bit. Even at the start he was holding on to the ball for too long, but now as more is expected of him he is trying too hard. Sad he’s ultimately set Page’s career back. -
Pearson for the last few? Get this flat earther liver and onions fraud gone.
-
And I’m not convinced by that either. I think it’s something a lot of us are trying to believe, but it’s not true. He’s made us worse.
-
Wonder what formation we will play?
-
Nowhere to be seen at full time. The guy is a t0sser.

Souttar is barely warming up. Reckon he just lifted his leg up about 2 inches. Has no intention of playing surely. -

F4cking hell. Slowest back 4 in history? -
Gotta be worth a go!
-
Feels weird to say, but I would sooner lose than draw today.
-
Please remember that Monga is from the academy which immediately means that he’s at fault for everything. Being ‘experienced’ gives Mavadidi immediate right to start, regardless how hopeless he has been.

More than 1 goal and a clean sheet? Have you been at the Chang again?

Wahooooooo. It’s match day!

Please tell me you contact sells pukka pies -
And Oxford? None of this matters if we keep playing for draws
-
And Rowett will agree to carry on playing 4-2-1-3
-
2-2. It’s what we do
-
No matter what happens, Rowett should be nowhere near this club next season.
-
6 game form guide is interesting too. He's played a few teams bang out of form and the only one we managed to exploit was Bristol (who are only 17th because of 2 wins following Woy coming in). This is why I am not keen on talking about 'improvements' - there were massive opportunities here. Also worth pointing out that Hull and Swansea are struggling for form. Again - I bet we draw both games and start using the exact same formation.
-
We gets me is how f4cking big everyone seems to be. Against Preston we were joking that each sub was 'big a55hole off for an even bigger a55hole', whilst our fans shoult 'Whoooo?', as if Caleb Okoli or Harry Winks are players to be proud of, just because we have heard of them. We seem to have paid top dollar for a team of midgets, who arent physical and cant jump. Watch Sheffields first goal - we have 3 players around the player that won the header!
-
I just dont see the improvement though. We were hugely inconsistent under Marti but we still had those games we 'should have won', such as Coventry and Middlesbrough at home. We beat an even better version of Sheffield Wednesday and beat Ipswich at home 3-1. Lots of talk about being 'better away' but we last won away on December 6th! The formation we persist with means we get cut open in Midfield time after time. Its what led to Prestons first goal and Sheffield Weds were doing it yesterday. Our marking on set pieces is currently the worst i have seen all season. Riccy is still an embarrassment floating around the pitch, unable to pass or defend, and teams still target his side. Regardless of where you are, you need a 'winner' charge. Rowett isn't a winner. He thinks he is a grafter and is suited to the underdog role. When in League 1, we need someone who can coach the academy kids to be winners at that level.
-
Hull aren’t in the best of form, so no doubt Rowett sets up to draw. Millwall are going to rip us a new one.

Swansea (H) Sat 11th April 3pm protest??
Chelmofox replied to 1884HF's topic in Leicester City Forum
Set up to draw in the same formation. Either go one down, or score first and be 2-1 down once the opponents work out we have no midfield. Then on 70th minute will change something. Will equalise. 2-2 draw. Then lots of comments about us ‘looking better’ forgetting the objective is to win games. -
It means nothing when we can only draw games against the worst the Championship has to offer.

Can’t wait to see standy standy Vesty ball again. That long ball he played out for a goal kick was sublime.
