I doubt it. You could probably go for poor conduct but i doubt you would get anywhere. The later email redacts the first one, and the first one wasn't a contractual obligation. If these emails are real, then its pi55 poor conduct and i would be unhappy with my employer.

Yes, but i was replying to your point about breach of contract. There is a difference between it being a poor way to treat people and breach of contract.

I dont like this, but for transparency this once happened to me in a job many years back, where the payment came through post christmas. Most employment contracts state payment date is 'on or around' a date towards the end of the month, and ive never had one that specifically states that December pay will come pre christmas.

Goals like this dont help that fear. I also think in a good side he kicks on significantly. If its not this Jan window it will be the summer window.

Bobby cant play 90 mins a game. Ramsey is an injury nightmare but a great player. Personally think they have to rotate the 10 from here.

We just need a more mobile 9. But to benefit the 9 you need a decent 10. Bobby has done well in that role.

He is literally our only fit number 10. Why would you want to change that?

Also, at no point did he throw his toys out of the pram. He's been subject to a lot of criticism and tried to deal with it.

Held back on this a bit following the Bristol game. I thought Ipswich looked particularly leggy. I moan about my own team not putting a 90 minute performance together, but i've not see other teams do it either. Most teams seem to be able to put a 40 minute burst together, and seem to spend a lot of the game conserving energy. 3 games in 7 days and not much rotation meant that we did this as well, but so did Derby, Bristol and Ipswich. The key seems to be having the ability to see out games when you are conserving energy. So many games in this divison.

We were pressing in 'waves' again like we were against Fiorentina (who we have found out are sh1te - but never mind). I dont know if the pressing is something that been tweaked because we are better defensively with Skipp, or its something we can only do against certain sides? I think when teams are very deep its difficult to do.

I thoroughly enjoyed Mendy's goal against Spurs. But this is the best i've seen in person. He took the ball right in front of us. When he kicked it i said to my boy 'whats he doing?' I whole time the ball was in flight i was convinced it was going wide. When it went in we both went crazy. Its what going to the games are all about.

Slightly perturbed by what i read in this thread if im honest. His first full season for us, and he spent much of the time getting peppered, and i often feel he receives poor balls from his defenders too. We have conceeded a lot of shots. He's kept us in games and handled himself well. Good at the basics, and i think he's improving. The 'feet' part for the modern goalkeeper is the hardest part. That was a huge fu**up against Ipswich and he knows it. But, we've seen all goalkeepers do this at some point (Mads included for us under Enzo). The managers know these mistakes are likely. No outfield player has 100% pass completion, so the Goalkeepers won't either. Its a balancing act between the mistakes and the benefits of not just lumping the ball up all the time. They key is to learn from it, not let it bother you, and continue developing. What's clear to me is that Jakub is ok with continuing to develop this side of his game, and he should be commended for that. Its going to take time for him to develop this side, as it has done for other keepers. But if he can get to where his potential could be, i think we have a very strong prospect here. Calls for shipping out on loan because a mistake was made are outright silly.

We found an awful connection to watch it on live. I felt we were still in the game first half. Then our connection broke and i tried many different ones to fix it. I then got a pixelated still image that 'looked a bit like Danny Ward' on the touch line. My son simply said 'No, it can't be', as we both squinted to try and make sense of what was in front of us.
