My daughter plays U9’s football in Syston and as a result I’ve watched a fair bit of women’s football this season (including a few games at the KP). The last game which we went to was Chelsea at home which was like a training session for them first half and the game was lost in 25 minutes. Its a shame for her because now to see the top players play (and the England women) I guess we have to travel to Birmingham or make a night of it in London. Leicester have got what they deserve, simple as that. Outside of Shannon O’ Brian, and the goalkeeper who I believe is 19 and played a handful of games, there is no quality or fight in that team. God knows what happens to them next season.

Soumare doesn’t have any sort of presence. We’ve known this for years. He can’t run, he can’t tackle, he can’t pass, he offers absolutely nothing.

2-1 loss written all over it. Tight and cagey for 60mins, Cooper reverts into himself and they grab a late winner. People need to hold him to account when he leaves out Fatuwu and Ricardo when he’s “watched all our games from last season”. Fatuwu destroyed them at home.

Why isn’t he getting it that a midfield like that is crippling us? I like the 4-1-4-1 formation some have posted with winks and goodnight and the new lad centrally. I would be amazed if he moves away from a coma inducing midfield away to palace unfortunately. His mindset at the moment is to try to stay in games and react and it’s sad to see.

That was the wettest, most pathetic half of football from Leicester I can ever recall watching. oK they are better than us, make a tackle, let them know you are there. Passive numbness. what is the game plan here?

I think we get stuffed on Monday and unfortunately it becomes clear very quickly we haven’t got enough to compete. This could be the season where the ownership leaves and we exit the league with a record low points total. Play the academy lads and give them a chance. Alves, Cannon, Nelson, Baybrooke. Get them in and ready for next year.

I like this. Based on what we’ve seen in preseason there is no chance something like this is happening. if we see a midfield of ndidi choudhery and winks then we may as well all go home on Monday night.

If he’s gone into this not knowing the situation the club is in when it was plain for all to see that’s just really poor on his part. One look at that midfield starting lineup yesterday before a ball was kicked, it was a throwback to Rodgers and you knew what was coming. How do we know Alves, Goulding, Baybrooke aren’t ready? We’ve seen nothing of them in creative positions in the first 11. Ricardo has to play in the midfield. These players are available and if the manager picks that midfield we saw yesterday against spurs he needs to go.

Vestergaard got destroyed last year in the prem in a 2, OK it’s 12 mo the down the line after a good season, but I think he struggles massively in a 2.

Well if he starts with that midfield 3 he needs questioning and we are going down as bottom.

Soumare winks and Ndidi is absolutely honking. We are creating nothing with that.

I think Ricardo is one of better players on the ball and given how thin our midfield is I think he’s got to play centrally. I also don’t think he’s got the legs to be a left or right sided defender.

Was going to say I thought Vardy was injured he’s had zero game time.

Has anyone mentioned Chair at QPR? Watched him against Leeds and he was the best player on the pitch by some way.
