I fermented a Scotch bonnet hot sauce recently so had a go at jerk chicken and rice and peas. So delicious and despite loads of Scotch bonnets in the marinade the heat was very nice, nothing crazy. This seems a reasonable view, compared to 'don't like Cooper cos he looks ugly' which many have said - yourself included. Cooper also did not do a good job in the Prem albeit for a club witha lunatic owner, Corberan is an unknown quantity in that regard. That said, Ric has pointed out Cooper does promote youth and has shown some tactical flexibility historically so I am not saying his appointment would be a disaster. Corberan just seems a more obvious choice to me.

He's my choice and Top has emailed me to say he's keen as MON has said no again. Continuity to some degree but, it seems, without Maresca's dogmatism. Used to working within limited budgets and ready to step up and prove himself. In our current situation there are no perfect choices but he certainly seems an obvious choice.
