I fermented a Scotch bonnet hot sauce recently so had a go at jerk chicken and rice and peas. So delicious and despite loads of Scotch bonnets in the marinade the heat was very nice, nothing crazy. Definitely going to trying some more West Indian bbq foodstuffs. Very easy as well, perfect for a chilled Sunday with half a bottle of rum The decorative chilli on the chopping board was purely for FT.

You are in a hot air balloon. The other passengers are John Rudkin, Danny Ward and a sack of potatoes weighing roughly the same as an adult male with a smiley face drawn on it. The weight is too much for the balloon and you will all die horribly unless you reduce the passenger number by one. What would you do? -

Ireland in deep do do -
This is a good one. Even worse is when a ring pull rips off on a tin. The tin then usually doesn't open well with a tin opener. Infuriating. However, when the ring pull works and you don't have to use a tin opener, the sense of triumph in the kitchen is palpable. On which note. Tin openers generally are willy pullers.

Alfridi getting spanked -
Well, this is intriguing!

From a very vague Sun article and an ITK who has added some probably made up details to said article. Essentially the position is exactly as it was 12 hours ago. Superb. 'I'd almost prefer any manager in the world' Christ.

Bit of a long shot but... Any FoxTalkers work for the Civil Service in a policy advisor role or similar? If so I would be very grateful if you would slide into my DMs.

A pleasant surprise Wymsey?

Nobody is fawning are they? But many have pointed out he ticks the King Power continuity box whilst having potentially more flexibility than Maresca in terms of systems. This seems a reasonable view, compared to 'don't like Cooper cos he looks ugly' which many have said - yourself included. Cooper also did not do a good job in the Prem albeit for a club witha lunatic owner, Corberan is an unknown quantity in that regard. That said, Ric has pointed out Cooper does promote youth and has shown some tactical flexibility historically so I am not saying his appointment would be a disaster. Corberan just seems a more obvious choice to me.

Thank you for providing evidence to back it up.

He's my choice and Top has emailed me to say he's keen as MON has said no again. Continuity to some degree but, it seems, without Maresca's dogmatism. Used to working within limited budgets and ready to step up and prove himself. In our current situation there are no perfect choices but he certainly seems an obvious choice.

If we do and Buttler says we need to take the learnings from this game then I'm done. -

Decent start by Scotland and very sloppy by us. -

Not the greatest of pitches this is it... -
Also doesn't really seem to chime with recent appointments or the idea of continuity mentioned only yesterday in that article.

If it goes tits up it'll be Chelsea the basket case club strikes again and be ends up with another decent job soon after, even if it's abroad. Nothing is ever risk free but this is about as close to as you'll get in football management terms. The marvellous dome has played a blinder.

Whether he's in the squad or not, I seriously doubt he will be asking himself that question about a move from a relegated Leicester to Spurs. If he hadn't got injured and had his inevitable loss of form afterwards he'd be nailed on. That might be the story of his career, sadly. In full flight he's a magnificent player and I would like to see him perform at his best for England.
