Levi Port

Early doors but we looked awful in possession yesterday. Trying to make a box midfield with Ndidi one of those at the base and Bobby one of those at the top was horrid to watch, Ndidi can’t pass and Bobby can’t receive it. Both good players but do not suit that style. Hoping with Skipp and a new 10 to replace both of them will mean we’ll have much more quality on the ball playing that shape and hopefully be able to keep the ball longer than 5 seconds. But yesterday it was awful.

Away end will be going off all game, good feeling carrying over for today, 2-1 Leicester, Bobby and Vardy.

Won’t lie his highlight video doesn’t look that great but that means absolutely nothing

Can take set pieces, get him in

As long as we have enough to bring in two forwards of quality I’m fine with it. Will be a dog and fight for the badge, we went down last time because we didn’t have players like him.

Imagine the abuse Sargent would get from Vardy on a day to day basis being a ginger yank

He said the injury was an impact injury, bone on bone and those don’t worsen after a bit of recovery when you play on them unless you take a wack on it again

The only possible reason I can think we want him is that he wins an incredible amount of free kicks. And with this new set piece coach from Norwich, we’re just going to abuse them. But we still don’t have a decent set piece taker

He’s much better on the ball than he was last time he was here. If we can build that confidence up he could keep that spot

So good, pay whatever is required if we stay up

5 year deal on decent wages, 4 million a year on the books. Money isn’t the issue, ffp is and this ticks that box. It’s a good deal and singing.

Yes the fee is large, but he’s coming from average wages at spurs to average prem wages here, probably around 50/60k a week. If we’d got a player for 15 million, but on 80k a week, no one would say anything. But over a five year period it’s the same outlay. I’m happy with it, provided that we bring in two quality auditions up top.

Really happy with this, great player and good lad

Chilwell is not coming back, boo’d whilst he was here, called a C*** every game since

Don’t be surprised if we see him join the Leicester Philharmonic Choir

If this is all true is genuinely hilarious how we still are unable to get it over the line

Rudkin obviously under the desk with a gun

He’s a lucky man that Rudkin is taking all the heat at the moment. Tactics up to now have him firmly on fraud watch

I’m so positive usually but we’ve been promoted since mid April and it’s Mid August, 4 months to do business before 12pm today and it’s been comical. I give Rudkin the benefit of the doubt usually but there can be no doubt here. This window has demonstrated his total ineptness. Utterly out of his depth, kept afloat only by his ego and evident powers of manipulation. We have no choice but to make his position at this great club untenable. Love Top Hate Rudkin

We’ll get him it’s fine (I’ve said this about everyone)

Very jealous, lacks end product and needs polishing, but there’s a serious player there. Anyone who loves football wants to have a player like that at your club, he does things most can’t. Overpriced though.

Not glamorous but I’d be quietly pleased with this signing. Thought he was going to make it at Spurs after that Norwich season

He’s actually a much more forward thinking player than those guys, he came through as a number 10 at Leeds and I think he’s very good as a number 8. Pep doesn’t see him as a 6. If we’re going to be playing this 4231, he’d be the best option along side winks of those other 3 I think. But we probably can’t afford him.

Yeah stumbling block. But if we can get Soumare out I recon we could match what Ipswich could offer

Was England player of the year in 2021 and was good enough to be signed by Pep even though I know he’s not cutting it there. Good attitude and is a nice guy, we could do a lot worse
