The simple answer is no. The more complex answer is it’s very unlikely. After last night we just needed to go to bed, lick our wounds and let the anger subside. Any comments made last night were just emotional rants.

It’s perfectly possible Leeds will win this one but even if they do it’s hardly the end of the world for promotion. We’d still be a long way clear of 3rd. Of course we’d rather win and might well do so but if the team adopted the mindset of some of the panic merchants on here they’d approach the game in a state of high anxiety.

And they introduced one sub in the 60s, ended the back pass a decade later and allowed a couple of subs after that. They also moved from 2 to 3 points for a win. Were they all bad ideas then?

Well you’ve never sat next to me. I’ve been arguing the case for at least looking at this for years. Mostly to prevent games being ruined by a player being sent off for two minor yellow card offences but also to stop teams deliberately taking a yellow to bring down a breakaway in mid-flow.

There are so many entitled, spoilt people on here. The big picture is as clear as daylight; with King Power we are a fairly big deal, without it we are like any other midlands club in the championship. Take your pick.

If Middlesbrough can beat Chelsea in a one off game it’s possible we could beat anyone in the same. Not likely but possible.
