Wagner wouldn’t be a terrible shout but very much doubt he’d come here now.

1. He’s won everything with us, probably knows a thing or two about standards and culture. He can’t change this all on his own. 2. he’s being judged in a terrible period for the club, he’s still so young in his coaching career. 3. Highly respected around the club 4. It’s incredibly difficult to thrive here at the moment, it doesn’t mean he won’t be a very good coach for us in the future. 5. excellent for the younger players (will be extra important next season) 6. genuinely cares which hasn’t been a given in recent years for other people.

Thrown under the bus for a role he wasn’t ready for with a bunch of players who let multiple managers down but yeah let’s kick one of our greatest legends out the door …

Wouldn’t for me. There is no future with Martin, even if he got us up then what? Play that football in the championship which everyone hates and get beat every week? It’s just wrong.

Yeah he was easily worth another 4/6 points that season, maybe more. Especially as we essentially had a keeper that couldn’t save anything.

Would love his personality back at the club in some form. A lot went down hill when he left.
