  1. Like I said I'm not a Cooper fan, he's a negative, whining twat.
  2. I'm not a Cooper fan or disagree with you. He's too negative and just a typical predictable boring English manager. It must have ****ed his game plan up when we took a 2-0 lead and he didn't have enough defensive subs on the bench!!!
  3. Having started a defensive line-up Cooper isn't going to bring on attackers to defend a lead.
  4. They said left back so assumed it was Kristiansen
  5. According to Sky, Kristiansen playing him onside.
  6. I just hope our accounts for last season are 100% legit without any loopholes etc. KDH was sold after the 30th June deadline, just hope the Premier League don't rule unfavorably against us because of this, we've well and truly pissed the ****wits off.
  7. We conceded 2 very soft goals having set up defensively which is frustrating. Switching off for the free kick and then the closing down of the cross was slack. Hopefully we work on this in the break, because we could have got a point if we defended better.
  8. Far to defensive and passive yet both goals yesterday were defensively poor. Sleeping on the free kick and no pressure or closing down the cross for Duran's header. Mavididi has to start next game and we need to drop Ndidi and play a proper 10
  9. Didn't see that coming when I came in from the pub last night at midnight, 😲.
  10. Yes just realised after I posted and edited the post!!
  11. Yes good point, but they might want to fleece the Olympiakos owner
  12. JJ isn't at fault, both Faes and VK were in the Fulham half when the moved started and Vesty dived in just inside our half.
  13. Bournemouth have just signed Evanilson from Porto, so there are the players out there that will come here
  14. I totally disagree with that, we spent £45 million on 3 players with 3 wages. With that money and wages we could have got a starting striker who scores 15 goals and gives us a chance of staying in the division. Any striker scoring 15 has a resale value. Anyway we've not done what you said either. We've over paid on Skipp and we're not going to sell for more than we've paid. Ayew will leave on a fee and Okoli was only £12 million but will have to play in order to increase his value. Goals keep you in the division and at present this squad won't score enough.
  15. Our transfer business has been poor, so far we've wasted £45 million on 3 back-ups when it's been obvious from last season we desperately need a striker to help Vardy. Buonanotte is a good loan, and BDR is ok as a backup on a free but should not start. IMO we should have spent £45 million on a striker.
  16. Our transfer business has been poor, so far we've wasted £45 million on 3 back-ups when it's been obvious from last season we desperately need a striker to help Vardy. IMO we should have spent all this money on a striker.
  17. Hope this is the case but don't get the logic from Cooper. Instead of weakening 2 positions by playing BDR and using Mavididi as a backup striker, why not just start Mavididi in his natural position and use Cannon as the starting striker with Vardy from the bench. Cannon isn't going to be any worse a striker than Mavididi out of position.
  18. The Defence was all over the place for both goals. Kristiansen and Faes were in the Fulham half for the first goal, Vesty committed himself and missed the ball which left Justin as the only defender and exposed for the first goal. Justin was out of position for the 2nd goal. Losing the manager before the season even started and missing out on signings has left us totally unprepared for this season. It's going to take Cooper several months to get his ideas across which will be too late. I don't understand why he's dropped Mavididi or Ricky either, they're our best players from last season. I wasn't keen on Cooper, it's early days but he's done nothing to convince me he's the right choice.
  19. Come off it we were abysmal first half and lucking to still be in the game, 2nd half we were much improved and deserved a point but the game should have been over by then.
  20. Watch the highlights, Bentancur had a header cleared of the line from Ndidi, Solanke missed a diving header totally unmarked and Richarlison had a clear chance at the death to win when he missed the target.
  21. Doesn't look like we'll get a new striker before the Friday lunch deadline, did Vardy worsen his injury playing on Monday?
  22. That's ignoring the 3 big chances missed from their corners, Bentancur cleared of line, Solanke missed a sitter and Richarlison missed a sitter at the death. We were lucky to escape with a point. Set pieces have been our Achilles heal for the past 5 seasons. During all of that time, excluding the goalkeeper we generally only have 3 players 6ft or more on the pitch, I think this is a massive reason why we've been so shit at them, but hey what do I know.
  23. What does that have do do with Leicester, we don't have and will never have their calibre of player or play at the levels of 3 of the greatest club sides ever. The commentators on MNF remarked on the height difference between Leicester and Spurs on corners and our lack of physicality and mismatches of our markers defending them.
  24. Another imposing player at 1.73m, he might be able to defend a corner on Buonanotte's shoulders.
  25. For all Ndidi's deficiencies with the ball he plays because he's one of the few physical players we have. We must be one of the shortest teams in the league.
