  1. Charlton playing the smarter Football, we have zero threat up top again so far.
  2. She certainly will, there’s just not many who can strike a ball like she can.
  3. Such a tough one to call today, cruised to a win at Ipswich in the league cup, got smashed by Palace in the same competition. Don’t recall us playing anyone else outside of the WSL 1 this season. Away form is dreadful but Charlton are also on a poor run. I’ve not seen much of Charlton at all but they ran a second string Liverpool side close on the FA Cup. First goal is crucial, I’d like to see Mouchon, O’Brien and Rantala start, if he goes with a back 5 he really is inviting pressure.
  4. It’s a bloke, he was a right back for Ajax in Amsterdam, his brother, Watta, was the better player
  5. Rudkin needs the sack.
  6. Not sure why he would do us any favours, he owes us nothing at all, and were the usual suspects at the club honest with him during his time here?!
  7. On a 3 year contract, so more money down the drain regardless of whether we pay off or keep. He has completely disregarded the younger players, I know Nelly was told she wasn’t part of the plans very early on, same with Sherwood. He also held back Katie Keane who appears to be performing really well but has only got in to the side due to injuries. Hardly used Missy Goodwin, not really used Mouchon much either. The likes of Sammy Kaczmar I’ve no idea where she is, and yesterday was a perfect opportunity to give Denny 20 minutes too. He’s even dropped young Liv McLoughlin when she was doing well. Not sure where Lehmann and Neville were yesterday but it’s baffling how he’s hasn’t had more faith in these younger players, 11 goals in 22 games is horrific and it was crying out for something new, but he chose to sign average performing bigger name players in the window and persist with the likes of Cain who hasn’t scored a single goal all season. Van Egmond was also a really poor signing that he seems to still rate. Aileen Whelan retired 2 seasons ago and was still better than Van Egmond. Whatever happens next week, it’s time Passmoor was booted, no identity, no idea, no investment in youth even when things were clearly not working week in week out, and negative set ups, still doesn’t know his best eleven.
  8. It was the Cambridge league game just before the play offs that I got locked out of, pretty sure the play off was all ticket.
  9. Love the OGWT. Hope he makes a full recovery.
  10. Missed the Final game at Filbert Street, pushed my mates broken down car the day before, lateral dislocation of kneecap and ligament damage when my foot slipped and leg twisted. Couldn’t sit upright for days!
  11. Remember this! On the corner of Filbert/Burnmoor street, heard the roar as our goals were scored, they let us into the old pen 2 with about ten minutes to go if my memory serves me right?!
  12. Part of me says no, stay on 200 goals, but then part of me says Rudkin will waste another 5m on a crap striker on a three year deal (roughly 32k a week plus wages) so if Vardy is willing, why not? Vardy learning someone like Jake Evans for a year? What youngster wouldn’t want to learn from Vardy?
  13. Will only need one block, televised and early kick off in London, can’t see anymore than 250 going unless they lay on free coaches. Never rated her as a player, pointless signing as she’s no better than Shannon, Missy or Cain down the flanks but that’s not her fault, it’s on Billiard. She used to run past fans after games to get to her car or maybe do one or two photos and that was it, saw her at LCFC v Villa played at Burton a couple of years back and she did one photo and went straight onto the coach. She is reportedly a really nice person, no ego and gets on with her team mates, according to Passmoor she works the hardest in training, always last to leave. Did hear that she has offered:/given the POTS award to the player in second place, club insisted she was pictured with it to honour the vote.
  14. There’s a disabled lad who follows the Villa and is her biggest fan, she makes her way to him every time she sees him. Could be that? No one they brought in improved the team. Lehmann wasn’t playing in the Italian league, Neville was finished at Spurs yet deemed a starter for us. Even the likes of CJ Bott are an upgrade on Neville and Mayling. Strong Villa connection with most of the players brought in, Liv, Lehmann also ex Villa and Neville is a brummie. You can pin it all on Billiard.
  15. It was linked to Rudkin’s fax machine.
  16. Interest in anything LCFC is at its lowest ebb, no value in memorabilia either, £35 for a polo top that you couldn’t resell for a fiver. I have personally become so detached from the club that I don’t want to set foot in the stadium or pay anything into King Power even if it is for charity. Why did they not consider making it £10 a ticket for a 10 year celebration? Better run non league outfits at the moment, I’d imagine the club staff are scrambling to get out of the door into new roles elsewhere.
  17. Certainly froze that night in Porto! He never moved for the 5 goals!
  18. Saw Florence Road in Amsterdam on Thursday, hints of Paramore and a slight resemblance to Hayley too with Lily on vocals. Impressive performance and Tolhuistuin is a nice little venue.
  19. I thought Van Egmond let James get her shot away far too easily for the 2nd goal. Katie Keane did well, the defence in front of her let her down first half, quite how Neville escaped with a yellow is beyond me, borderline assault.
  20. Jon got his annual trip to Bognor Regis first, then lots of faffing around before giving the job to Andy King mid July.
  21. Van Egmond with a token stick out yer leg there as James curled the shot, no wonder Katie Keane is dishing out bollo**ings.
  22. Charlton in poor form but we all know what can mean in a one off game. They ran an in form Liverpool close in the Cup, can’t see where a win comes from under Passmoor.
  23. Quorn, and they’ll be heading back somewhere like there soon I’m sure.
  24. The last time they were deserved winners away from home was the 0-2 win at Liverpool in the Cup two seasons ago, even the last league win at Everton in Jan 24 they rode their luck in that game. Zero creativity, the goal yesterday was a LCL assist. They deserve the drop.
  25. Key performance indicators!! Well here’s a performance indicator for you Passmoor! A 5-1 Thrashing! Arsenal will hit 5 in the week aswell, then it’s Chelsea. Crystal Palace are now third in wsl2, I don’t fancy us one bit away from home in the play off.
