Yeah, not how it used to be at Filbert St

My point was the atmosphere must be p1ss poor (in the first place) if you need a drum, they were never around 25 years ago in the UK and foreign teams copied our chants. Each to their own of course but give me Filbert St for atmosphere over the dirge we have now.

Going back to 94/95 I think we had a bad window, only Mark Draper worked out and he stayed 12 months. Worst has to be Cooper, Skipp is the biggest waste of cash in recent memory.

Any stadium that needs a drum in it just proves how p1ss poor that atmosphere has become, it’s a football match, not a sound check with Ringo Starr.

I see your point about low risk high reward but if she’s not finding the net after 12 games in the Scottish League she’s got a lot of learning to do, and I’m not sure we have time for that. I’d much rather we had gone in for Rio Hardy or Amy Andrews, proven goalscorers at this level who know the league but I suppose that requires some form of ambition, neither of which Passmoor or King Power have whether it’s on or off the field. At the moment the squad needs experience, Lehmann running around in circles is easy to play against and Tierney jumping out of tackles isn’t going to cut it, Tierney hasn’t been the same since Pattinson clobbered her at Brighton, she lacks bite and has lost a yard. Interesting that Keane hasn’t featured in the preseason games of late too, she seems to bring confidence to her defence whereas Clark seems quiet and shaky. They have a tough start, and Kirk coming back to the club with Durham early on will be a test. A long season ahead I think, Spine of the team needs massive improvement.

Forward that hasn’t scored for 2 years, will fit right in with Passmoor’s don’t score policy.

Ian Andrews was great for one season in goal, talk of England call ups seemed to strangely unsettle him.

I was at St James Park on New Years Day 2020 when he scored, that was his last meaningful contribution to this team. Even then he looked like he had won a raffle to play the last 20 minutes alongside Pro Footballers. 6 and a half years later, and millions of pounds in salary blown on him, it’s astonishing that we still employ this turd.

Certainly no Paolo Maldini, more Paolo Nutini. Bet he couldn’t believe his luck with the contract extension. We’ve all season better at non league level.

Didn’t look too good at all, reminded me of myself after 20 minutes on the cross trainer on a Monday morning.

There’s no money mate, and all the good free players are snapped up. My guess is they will look at academy players already at the club or young players elsewhere, Passmoor is a narcissistic cretin so surrounding himself with players that don’t challenge him will suit him down to the ground.

She was brought in for her experience but when she voiced her opinions it got her benched. Came up with a few suggestions to help try and help get points on the board but Passmoor shut her down. His/Billiards team shaping up now, Lehmann, Mayling, Liv all ex Villa, Leah Eddie was playing with Liv at Rangers, then a couple in from West Ham who worked with Passmoor in Ziu and Stapleton. One recognised striker in Draper, two wingers Lehmann and Goodwin no creativity whatsoever behind them. They need at least 5 in the door, and it’s not a happy camp.
