I think that a self-criticism of what they did wrong and what was perhaps acceptable that they did the worst thing they can do is stay with this moment, it doesn't help, they are in control, they will know what is best for the team, there are changes to be made in the team others that must be preserved to have a plan which I think must be supported and given continuity to be loyal and achieve stability that could not be achieved due to desperation in this situation and at last they tried to consolidate an idea but it was too late now The problem is already done, what remains is to finish consolidating perhaps a few tweaks guided by what the team was up to now, and start AND MAINTAIN a long-term project and not believe that laying off or selling everything will be solved
I want to believe that they have a plan, which I think they shouldn't or the worst thing they can do is get carried away for the moment and analyze the situation after the consensus and work from what we have and perhaps make small modifications to the team and, perhaps, leadership. but thinking about a project before and mainly what they have and what we have to do is raise their heads and everyone go forward getting angry will not change anything, on the other hand analyzing and being united will not change either, quickly but if it helps a project that is long and maybe it can I am not unaware of how bad they did to change this present, but I do believe that a project can be maintained knowing how to choose it, now we have to try to search until we find it, aware of what they are looking for and what they want to achieve, we all want to get Leicester back, I hope the managers do too
