  1. Plus Leeds need to do it as Elland Road is tired. Like Forest have to replace that shed. The KP doesn’t need to be done, it would just be nice. And would cost tens of millions for not an awful lot back.
  2. Harborough just didn’t get going. Had all the ball but St Ives did their jobs well and nicked it at the death. The Spanish lot who came over were great and really embraced it. still a very enjoyable afternoon despite the result.
  3. That side would have still finished below Wolves.
  4. It’s the same for every club. It’s always tickets sold so doesn’t take account of no shows. But yes, seems misleading at best.
  5. It wasn’t over 25000.
  6. They weren’t though. Opta analyst agrees with me Monga, a winger, had two goals and two assists in eight Premier League 2 appearances for Leicester U21s in 2024-25, and was unable to make much impact against Newcastle given any chance of getting something from the game for the hosts had already long gone. Monga had 10 touches in his short time on the field as Leicester suffered another demoralising loss. https://theanalyst.com/eu/2025/04/youngest-premier-league-players But I get it, in a wretched season people are going to be looking for any positive and jumping in on it.
  7. I wasn’t really expecting a lot from a 15 year old. It was folk on here as usual getting carried away. He had a few nice touches, nothing more but did much less that Mavadidi. it’s not a dig, it’s what happened. He will have a good future but let’s not be all OTT about things.
  8. Nice he got a run out. No doubt a good future ahead of him. But added nothing to a game that was already long dead.
  9. I mean, it might be for the best. If he’s as good as people hope it’s not the best to showcase a player who we can’t give a contract to.
  10. Yep, Harborough will just go for it and see what happens. You can’t pick and choose when you get promotion. But Mitch is very level about it and knows how far we’ve come again this year. And our neighbours won’t like it as they could sneer about ‘low crowds’ and ‘no atmosphere’. But the club has also grown massively off the pitch with over 800 Harborough at our last game (gate over 1000 but Halesowen travel well). Around 100 travelled away to Bedford last week and the atmosphere is as good as anywhere since that corner took on the challenge set by Mitch. its a great place to be, looking forward to Saturday where again a pop up means Braybrooke Lager will be on tap.
  11. It’s always done on tickets sold. Rarely over 30000 in the ground even when doing well.
  12. Of course it does. Any striker on 100k per week will score in the championship in a team that gets 100 points.
  13. We keep giving him another year when he’s well beyond his peak. I mean it’s very nice and all that but not exactly working is it. Yes he got a few in the championship last season, but then so would any striker on 100k per week.
  14. Self employed don’t get it. Some jobs will pay a week and then a week at statutory which is peanuts. Baffling why people defend a millionaire athlete because his wife has had a baby.
  15. He’s not the only person to ever have a baby and be expected to get on with his job. in fact if he’s involved in the night time wakes (which I highly doubt) then even more important a highly paid sportsman gets a good nights rest. once a week is all that is asked. It just shows the can’t be bothered mentality.
  16. Good on Ruud for this. Shows what he’s up against.
  17. Actually agree. Look at the team for last night. Absolutely piss poor by PL standards. But very good by championship standards. The gap is massive.
  18. There’s always been a lot in Melton.
  19. 4 nil away win for Harborough. Continue this great run of form.
  20. For those who were concerned about the Radio Leicester coverage, they are also at Quorn and Barwell today with features on both and regular updates.
  21. Do Barwell have regular matchday commentary provided by the club? Did Coalville? Harborough have a good media set up, maybe they’ve worked to get Radio Leicester on board, and why not.
  22. Harborough still flying and well within a playoff shout which is remarkable given first season at this level and where we were at Christmas. New stands now in place, two 500 plus home crowds in a row (with no away support) and a great atmosphere now in the ground. It’s a great place to be. Away at Bishops Stortford on Saturday, live on Radio Leicester.
  23. It’s a very sad day when some fans are clamouring for Sean bloody Dyche. We don’t even have a lump up front for it to be hoofed too.
  24. I’m not massively sure Everton’s aim was just to stay up, then struggle again the next season and then the next. Their squad is far far better than ours yet he did a good job of making look nearly as bad. Moyes has shown in a short space of time how much he was holding them back. He isn’t the answer.
  25. Because Dyche was such a roaring success at Everton. He’s awful, football is awful and Everton vastly improved since they finally got rid.
