Best Leicester Player From Almost Every Country
Jon the Hat replied to Leicesterpool's topic in Leicester City Forum
Also one cannot ignore how much he annoyed the opposition players and fans. -
There are already multi country Nato troops in Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

Maybe Tesla will have a valuation more in line with its actual business after this.

Its morel like the first minister of Scotland having the devolved power to do so.

It's not clear to be honest, but I think to assume they are making it up as they go along would be foolish. A lot of people think they want to bring Russia back to the table on trade and are happy to give up Ukraine to do so. The Trump mind I think sees Russia of old and finds the argument they have the right to a sphere of influence compelling. Its an awful about face. He also (rightly) thinks Europe have been sponging for years and are quite capable of handling Russia on their own. He seems determined not to allow China to become the world's great superpower. He is pushing hard to fight for critical minerals, to bring production of tech, semiconductors etc. to the US or safe allies. Once Taiwan is no longer essential to the US supply chain he they will probably let China take it, as long as they stay in their own backyard. He is going to fight Chinese influence in Africa again for critical minerals. He would like to be able to massively reduce Dolars flowing to China, about 30 years too late. Whether he is capable of pulling any of it off remains to be seen, but I think for example the commentary suggesting he has screwed up the Russia Ukraine negotiations because he gave up leverage before talks even started assumes he gives a single damn about Ukraine territory or demands. He doesn't. He has a completely different lens to everyone else. Its sort of fascinating in an awful oh-my-god-the-world-is-changing-utterly-in-front-of-our-very-eyes kind of way. On another note, it seems to be dawning on Australia that they are never going to get any Submarines from the AUKUS deal, so expect the next government to rip up that deal and go crawling back to the French to buy their subs. Hopefully the rest of the savings go on building the capability to manufacture missiles and drones. That is how you protect Australia. Lots of near-shore submarines and a huge arsenal or missiles and anti-ship drones.

We should be careful not to underestimate either Trump or those around him. Whether you like their plan or not, they certainly have one, and the only balance / control is the reaction of the stock market.

Perhaps they weren't going to hit the buildings until they were shot down.

Its going to be a fine balance, with how integrated the Canadian and US economies are. As you say if anyone can do it he can.

I suspect his starting point is that, in fact, over half the world is quite happy with Russia, and they are perfectly happy to keep buying their oil and gas, and selling them all the tech and military equipment they need. So there is that. Edit: As Lionater clearly explained above.

Not from the UK or France anyway. I find it hard to believe he is that stupid that he really meant the UK & France. I hope he isn't anyway.

The fact he thinks this is crazy suggests he is a bit of a ****wit to be honest.

I've met Roger Cook very briefly. He is quite small. Has grown in my estimation now!

Yes indeed, pretty much their whole country is aligned in the awareness of Russia as the danger to Finnish freedoms. It even pushed them to fight against Russia and alongside Germany in WW2, as they saw Russia as the bigger threat. They have huge reserve forces, good plans and a lot of weaponry. When their membership of NATO was confirmed, a seriously uninformed retired general was on the news calling it out as more symbolic than anything, which was embarrassing as I was in Helsinki at the time with colleagues. They are rightly proud of their capabilities and determination to defend themselves. Zero chance of a preemptive attack on Russia though.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

If they are not busy lining someone up so they can sack Ruud then I am at a loss as to what they are doing. Seriously, this is the clearest case for sacking ever seen. -
The glaring problem with your logic is that NATO forces have been bought, built and trained to work as an integrated force, so if the US sits it out as you say, there are huge gaps in technology, communication, command structure and logistics which make the remaining NATO forces pretty basic. This is why it’s so shocking when or if the US turns around and takes its ball home, it’s bloody hard for anyone else to play effectively.

Toucan play at that game!

We can't afford not to at this point. -
Yes exactly, I cannot be going from a LR Discovery HSE to some tacky plastic shit from a company owned by a psychopath.

Completely agree, and I think it is quite a jump from your normal car. Also not very luxurious at all so if you are used to leather everywhere and adjustable everything etc. you are not going to find it in a Tesla. A lot of other manufacturers are not going down that road experience wise and that is a lot more appealing to me.

Ben Dawson and Danny Alcock - Left the club

Do we know if they have been working or on leave? -
It always has been. It’s just for the last 50 years or so the US has been so superior no one else tried much.
