His style of play requires a certain calibre of player, espically in the prem. with our shoe string budget we wouldn’t bring in the players and depth capable of playing his style against prem opposition of equal or superior quality unlike the champ. bring in a pragmatic manager, our best chance to see out a very hard season. it’s hard not to be deflated, but we have just as good a chance of staying up as we do going down. Need the fans more than ever this coming season.

I really don’t think it’s that much of a loss. 10 million banked possibly more depending on back room staff going too. It’s a kick in the teeth but that’s modern day football. Because kdh is our only out and our creative midfielder.If he’s injured who’s bringing us goals and assists from the 8 role? How is it also reactionary to say if winks is injured we don’t have someone in the same mold to replace him? Ont top of that we are heavily reliant on Mavididi on the left wing. Southampton and leeds are strengthening in Jan. if we don’t we could easily be hauled back in imo.

Disappointing considering we kept them out well for the first 30 mins of the second half. What it shows is we really miss ndidi. Casadei is 50/50 whether he does something good, something bad, wins the ball, loses the ball etc. Need a number 8 brought in ASAP. Justin looked poor as did Mavididi ( really need some competition at LW), even with 11 men they were the better team. Need a big response against Ipswich.
